Read this - http://www.sheldonbrown.com/wheelbuild.html#tensioning Dont worry about one side being radial and one 3 cross, it shouldnt really matter, basically tightening the spokes on the radial side will pull the rim over to the radial side of the hub, and vice versa - but theres a little more to it than that - read the link EDIT: Just thought id highlight that for comical value.

Looking at your warnings I see that you've just come back from a 3 day suspension so I assume thats where the outburst came from. I also notice you were warned for 'spamming for sale/wanted' and that also that warning was removed 12 minutes later - sounds pretty unfair to me. You were also warned for posting Being 21 I don't think id ever write such an insulting, immature comment, so it seems pretty rich coming from a 27 year old moderator. I dont think you'd ever see a moderator on here say anything like that (and if you did, they wouldnt be a moderator for much longer). You complain of people making useless, uninformative replies. Well to pick out some of your posts I see you are also guilty of this - eg someone asking for advice on what rims to buy - Also someone asking if an echo hi-fi is any good - Not exactly helpful. I totally cannot see how you can say this forum is run in a fascist manner. I personally never lock topics when I feel people still have something to say (look back at locked topics if you like..) even when if I was selfish id just go 'shut up - *lock topic*, the topics are always left open until they die out and your opinions are taken on board. Not quite... Google 'spiders' around the site collecting information about all the new pages and posts we make. Then when people search for stuff on google they can find it.

Sorry to open this again.. Believe it or not we (admins/mods) are not a collective mind with the same opinions on absolutly everything. We each have our own opinions and its the combined collection of opinions which make this a fairer place to be. If this place was run with JUST my opinion, IE I was the only moderator/admin on here then it'd probably be quite a shit place to be (edit: no, it would be a shit place to be). Just like ALL the other members on here, we are all entitled to our own opinions. Can hardly believe you think thats a bad thing.

Theres 3 of us going so we need to raise £333 each. The entrance fee ontop of that should be £250-£300 which includes visas which i'll pay myself.. Not entirely sure how to raise the £333 yet but that shouldnt be toooo mcuh of a problem really, will just approach local companies and possibly get some fund raising in uni going somehow..

I dont think it really matters once your past europe.. Well. Apparently imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... Few pointers anyway. If/until your site gets big forget about the new members chat bit, just wont work for a new site. If you want it to get big prepare yourself for a couple of years worth of effort in getting it high in google ratings and links on other sites, you have huge competition. Prepare to wait even longer, which can get frustrating. Give people a reason to visit, at the moment theres nothing unique about your site, nothing which couldnt be found at a bigger more popular site. Infact with the new members bit you are seriously narrowing your chances of people signing up - the same is with TF (quite aware of this..). And yeah, id prefer it if you didnt use my wording around and about.
