  2. I can give you Si's (physio) msn address, I believe his new job means he has less free time. My advice is to find a good physio in your area and get them to take a look, but it's gonna cost you . Hope you get better soon lad.
  3. Mine did it cos the disc was oval.
  4. I filed fork sropout and pulled the calliper upward a bit.
  5. If your asthma is well controlled that shouldn't happen, talk to your doctor. I've had asthma since I can remember and I recntly saw a consultant he upped my dosage and suddenly I've become a shitload fitter.

  9. I have one, it's been in the pipeline since at least april last year. I've not got any photos yet cos I have no digi cam. But bare with me I'm trying. P.S. It's beautiful, get one. EDIT, my name isn't dez. It's David/Dave/Daver/Div.
  10. I think it may have a carbon lever blade.
  11. They should use standard lockrings as far as I'm aware, maybe try a mtb lockring, might have more thread on it.
  12. Woah there, that can't be right. If 8 gears use 35m, then 6 at the same spacing must use less, maybe 30 ish.
  13. You obviously have not lived in Glasgow, there isn't a week that goes by when I don't hear from a friend (school, bikes etc) that they or someone they know got pulled over for driving without a belt, despite the fact they were. Thing is you don't argue with the police here, so you pay the fine and get on with it. A lady who worked with me mum told me about what happened to her son a few weeks ago: he drove into a petrol station (responsible lad wearing his belt) stopped, got petrol payed got back in, belted himself in, pulled out. As soon as he pulled out a police car flashed him and he pulled in. So they come up and tell him they saw him driving without a seatbelt, "I wasn't officer, you saw me put it on before I drove off in the station." "No, before you pulled in." They had been in the supermarket opposite the station they said. It doesn't have a car park in sight of the road though, and the windows don't look out onto the road, so basicallt there is no way they could have seen him even if he had been driving without a belt. The lad still had to cough up for the fine though, safer to do that then get done for resisting arrest and get clobbered with a night stick.
  14. In cocnlusion 16 hours was enough to allow me to remove my pedals .
  15. Ok, thank's Mark, I missed that before, not sure how. Thanks for all the help every one, it's been a pleasure as usual.
  16. Use threadlock first, araldite is pretty much permanent.
  17. 25:13 is a ratio of 1.9, the normal bmx ratio is 2.75, it's roughly a third easier, so yes it is silly.
  18. QUOTE(deanie-b @ Apr 11 2006, 08:49 AM) ←If you bought the 24 HR curing one, It should be white tube of resin, and a blue tube of hardener? Anything over 6 hours cure time will be fine EDIT : You know Mark, when you mix it all up , It doesn't smell nice at all Mine is a syringe with 2 tubes that are stuck together with a brige, just to be safe I'll leave it til tonight.
  19. I use 30:11, and I find it fine for acceleration and everything, and I have no trouble switching between bmx and trials, at least not ratio wise.
  20. Yep the semi hydraulic system was awful, we had a set in my LBS recently some guy had a full old school GT downhill bike. Was cool to look at and horrible to work on.
  21. To confirm, I'm using the one with a blue plunger and white tubes. Is that the one you used Mark?
  22. Only got the double syringe thing with a hazard warning on it, no instructions. Danny, I'm not that fecking thick ok.
