  1. On MTB bike front and rear adaptors are different sizes, usually rear 160mm adaptor is 180mm adaptor for front wheel.
  2. I used to with 170mm cranks, TRA did too. It makes the bike feel more responsive, which is great for gaps and short run ups. I never liked 18:15 really, the bike felt way too sluggish with it.
  3. What would make me happier is normal video, not 2gaps filmed with a potato. Not really.
  4. Thanks for your imput, you seem to know nothing.
  5. No, I say good technique gets you only that far as you power allows you . Where comes his power from was the question, and the answer is from the gym.
  6. I had been discussed here before.
  7. If you have shitty timing nothing is going to help lol, but this isn´t the case is it? Technique refinement my ass, he gapped 10ft in 2008...
  8. He has been working out for a looong time. Maybe his first vids on adamant or the one on KOT he wasn´t. Sure it´s not only that, there is plenty of "bouncy" guys around who don´t workout, but without it, there is no way in hell you get to this point, that´s why every pro rider works out and they go bigger than ever, every year.
  9. You are an idiot if you think you will gain power from so called technique refinement. I guess he refined his technique in 2weeks better than most elite riders over 10years of training. Also, it´s not like every video posted in todays riding tread was filmed today, it´s for short shitty clips that don´t deserve their own tread, pretty much like these... Pray to god then? You know, oh lord give me power etc.
  10. 13seconds of footage. Great, but I´m sure "post a video of todays riding" would be more suitable tread to post it in.
  11. The thing is you have to pull it higher too.
  12. Bodyweight and legs/back?
  13. The problem is you don´t know what you want and any advice is only a bet then.
  14. Every bike has it´s pros/cons...
  15. funny thing is that most of mod riders are using longer cranks now too.
  16. If he want it to feel decent he does.
  17. But between 175 and 158/160 you would?
  18. Are they made from gold or something?

    Brakes

You can use avid G2 rotor, it´s cheaper and saints work exceptionally well with them.
