  1. You know this is a trials forum right?
  2. there´s dedicated video section...
  3. That would be way too much green, just keep green cranks and headset.Or maybe mounts or bar ends to finish it off.
  4. wtf, that´s not even dent how the hell did that happen?
  5. well,I haven´t seen one python/pitbill cracked at down tube in my life and they were dented to shiz,my 06 pitbull is dented too and I honestly don´t care Those tubes are really thick,so if you don´t do hooks all the time I don´t think it will crack.
  6. nah, needs black rear to match And I really don´t think armourdillo is necessary for this tank of a frame.
  7. Mg-1,ebay is your best friend
  8. agreed,they´re really good.
  9. he ment echo tr platforms, not caged.
  10. Good to see that frame in action, nice vid as usual.
  11. Spot on. Also sprinters are a good example, maurice green did 200kg squat 4reps and also did some heavy power cleans. My trainer at college also did that(squat 200 for 2,power cleaned 150kg).I would say this is perfect example how heavy weights/low reps build dynamic strenght.I would like to know how giles trains, but based on his looks,he is deffo doing some heavy squats(big ass, relatively big thighs).
  12. Of course it would help, just look at some pictures of benito or damon and you will se how flexible they are.
  13. Pull ups/chin ups are not isolated exercices...Also supersets are good for muscle definition and details, not so much for strenght.
  14. Older ones were better in terms of durbility of bearings that´s why
  15. you need two things to make muscles grow, proteins and calories...If your caloric intake/output is balanced, you won´t grow.protein might help you with faster recovery after training if you don´t eat enough proteins in whole food though.
  16. Since when BB trains with weights close to 1RM? They train with weights around 75-80% of 1RM for good 8-10reps and very controled technique which is completely different from what I´ve stated before(as I stated either 1-2reps with weight close to 100% 1MR or 3-4 reps with 50-60% 1RM and dynamic execution of exercise).Your so called knowledge might work for someone who doesn´t know anything about human body nor training, not me You are getting lamer and lamer with every post. When I said that core muscles are not 1:1 abs:back I was right(again) and I proved that to you by naming 6abdominal muscles vs 1 back muscle,is that 1:1 ratio as you stated? You´re one hella good clown man, that´s sure thing.I expect you to come and state something completely wrong again and I will prove you wrong again.
  17. That medical student nonsense is what´s base for yours profesional trainers/athletes studies.Who do you think explored those metabolical pathways?athletes or trainers?Or muscle structure/function? That was a good one. You´re right, not every medical student does know anatomy very well, same aplies for trainers and every other profesion. You tried to contradict me about my core muscles statement,I´ve proven you wrong and backed it up by pics. What elso should I do to finally SYTFU?
  18. Sorry mate, but now you officialy pissed me off,you obviously don´t know anything about human anatomy and you are trying to persuade me that I´m the one who is wrong here.Fine http://anatomyhq.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Abdominal-muscle-anatomy.gif , http://img.search.com/thumb/8/8d/Quadratuslumborum.png/250px-Quadratuslumborum.png So now come back and tell me something smart again, because of course authors of those pics doesn´t know anatomy either. And just to make that clear, you´re the one who said that about english doctors/schools,not me,so try to reread your posts.Thank you.And yes,I know that first years at uni are about learning the basics, basics like ANATOMY.
  19. Fast twich muscle fibers will be used when lifting heavy(close to 85-100% 1MR) even more, because strenght is generated mostly by them, heavier the weight, more alpha-motoneurones will be used to stimulate more motoric units, thus more muscle fibers(all types,fast/slow/intermediate)will be used to lift that weight.Yes,ballistic type of training(rep range around 3reps,weight 50-60% 1RM) is better for ultimate speed, because it stimulates fast twitch muscle fibers only, but it´s not the only way to train them.Is that ok?Notice I´m not contradicting
