if the freewheel starts going stiff again i will give that a go, thanks for help.

tryall cranks, i know which bit you mean, i loosened it and put it back on but when i tighten it it trys to move. it is not being tight anymore but i feel when i go ride later and the freewheel goes onto the crank tigher it may happen again. rbo.

ok so i just put a tryall symetrik bashring on my crank with an echo sl freewheel and my problem is that the freewheel is really tight to engage, its touching the bashring dead on. Can anybody help me with some use full advice
