  1. I don't really have any bad stories to be honest, everone i've rode with (who are a whole lot better) have been really helpful to me and given me tips on how to improve moves etc. Pompey boys f t w
  2. That was an awesome video, really enjoyed it. You're such a smooth rider, and the song went really well too. Nice work
  3. Depends on what type of riding you're most into really mate. But if i was you, i would go for the ZOO! or the Blade because of strength, and looks.
  4. Firstly mate, you want to learn to trackstand. This'll help you keep your balance to go on and learn stuff like backhops, kickhops and sidehops. Have a look on this site: http://www.trashzen.com It'll give you basically all the explanations and all the vids you need to learn.
  5. Lovely looking bike mate. Can i ask how it rides though, like does it feel more orientated towards the streety side of riding, or the natural side. And how is the freewheel, i'm getting an echo sl soon and i want to know if they work well new aswell as when they've been used a bit. And how does it sound new?
  6. Selectbikes have always been fine for me mate, infact good. I've ordered about 6 different parts and 4 of the orders were delivered next day.
  7. I wouldn't get Sl's mate, unless you weigh about 2 stone and ride as smooth as fecking can be. Get some Echo Lites, they're not at all heavy and they won't break
  8. I see where you're coming from, i've just already explained that the Echo Lite forks and not the same forks as the SL's. They are ALOT stronger, a little heavier but they'll last you well mate.
  9. its a good frame and it wont snap in the first week you use it
  10. Whichever one you find sexierr
  11. And all that you have written there gives you an even better reason to buy the Echo forks. They are not heavy at all, 500g lighter than your forks like you said ..that's a big change mate. And, they will last you a long time, so you don't have to splash out any more money for a long while. And ..well the neon ones won't last you a month if you're not smooth.
  12. Not Superlites (SL), but echo lites mate. These ones: http://www.trials-uk.co.uk/product.aspx?productid=352 Just don't order from this site, ever. And the neon ones will be alot weaker and liable to break than these forks mate, trust.
  13. The ZOO! frame will almost definately be stronger, but both will ride pretty alike. If you're into street riding and you're a bit of a basher, certainly go for the ZOO! if not, the Echo will suit you better imo
  14. Echo Lites are pretty damn good imo mate. They're not really light, but they're good enough and they are damn strong.
  15. Very good video mate, some really nice moves and just all round great riding
  16. See that's it mate, you'll do a few today, a few more tommorow, and in a week or two of practising it you will have it dialed.
  17. Decent vid mate, some good riding and one of my favourite songs too
  18. Whatever works for you mate, you'll get the hang of it don't worry
  19. Hey mate, firstly i don't believe you should be trying to balance on your backwheel without doing any hops at all, because i think most people would struggle with that. You need to get up to the balancing point and then start your hops trying to keep your weight centered and keep your hops all in roughly the same place. After you've mastered this though you can go on to try kick-hops, these are backhops where you move forward ..by kicking your pedals. Example: http://trashzen.com/animations/anpedalkick0a.php And how: http://trashzen.com/pedal-kick-basics.php
  20. This has been posted about 5 times now mate, Most people have seen it already.

Great riding mate, and the whole vid was just pretty cool really (:
  22. Agreed, this video is awesome. First time i watched it i was amazed at the skill and power involved in some of his moves.
  23. That was really cool, cheers for posting it up. Did very well with the blindfold on, i reckon he could of done every bar on his back wheel to be honest
