if u can, put a nut on the axle then grind it, then take the nut off and where it gets stiffer to undo, do it up and undo it a few times until it becomes smooth, this will work abit like a thread die. EDIT = Reading through again, sounds like youve done it already, oh well

I had that same email today, its just trying to get your paypal account details illegally, they do this when people put in their password and try to unrestrict access to their account, of course its a scam

Hi, welcome to the forums, as for those 2 bikes, I believe they are ok bikes, but if you can afford it, get as best bike you can (Echo, Koxx, GU etc) as I believe you will learn alot quicker.

Use zip ties on each side of your glasses and tie it round the back of your head, you would barely notice it with your hair if you just tuck it under, and even more reason to do it, they come in lots of funky colours!!!
