Can't do banbury this weekend.. I'm only around till 6 (off to cinema with missus) but am free from 2-6

tyre pressure depends on weight of rider... i'm like 15st so i put 30 in my rear and 40 in my front.... i run fixxed rear and tensile front, i had the same personal debate... but after a convo with hdmackay (in inverness when i was in scotland) i decided to go fixxed rear and free front probably doesnt help but it was my "2 pence"

mat in all fairness i know a guy who went form 14mm to 20mm in one hit! it all depends on the persons pain theshold and also how stretchy the ear flesh is... to the guy who recently got his ear pierced.... wait till your current piercing is healed befor you stretch it... its a hassle for waiting but it will be worth it. x

when did you get it pierced?

i went from 1.6mm to 10mm in 6 weeks .... theoretically speaking up to 10mm if you take it out then it will heal back to a normal piercing, anything over 15mm wont heal that well at all...

just had a bit of a "brain fart" you can put sont back tension on the spring, but by the time you've got the tension you need you'll have snappen the end off the spring.. trust me, the amout of time i've done it at work.

turning the spring round wont do anything, they do do a reverse spring though, look on www.ison-distribution.com for it

rides in leam??? well there is potential, but due to the lack of trials riders no-one really rides... there are 3-4 of us (i'm new again, used to ride years ago but i stopped and now am back on the trials bike again) by bmx track you must mean campion hills... yea since it got re-done, its not been as good as it was before... pop into broadribbs on bedford st (opposite the back of benjamin satchwells, or just up the road from rio's nightclub) and ask for ash... thats me, cause i want to ride my bike not just look at it at work lol... cheers Ash

Nah, go for either a charge half link chain, or the shadow conspiricy half link chain, never had one snap on me, they're just so strong.

the mount goes from 4 bolt to vee... i ran out of the 4 bolt mounts at work, its only temperary anyway, i have a disk wheel on its way... its ok buddy, was a bit gutted that first post was a slate... but oh well

apart from the forks, the driveside crank and the front wheel, everything is brand new
