Hey guys, Does anybody have any experiences with this? I've heard my mates and even a school teacher saying how they've done it and 'connected' with spirits. I've also heard that people have had really bad effects from it and it has effected them badly. What do you all think about it? Is it real?

I dont really remember going out thining, 'right, manuals.' I think i learnt to manual on riding to and from each spot. Find a nice down hill path and just try to find my balance point. Thats how i learnt anyway.

The kite had a wingspan of 6 foot. I dont think that the kite went up from where he was standing 50 foot. Our downs is very common for kites as it overlooks the majority of Bedfordshire. I think it pulled him up and over the drop. Maybe a picture will clear it up a bit better than I have tried too. I found the Red Echo pads were very good. Although they are really bloody hard, they wear down very quickly so a light grind will do you.
