My advice would be to start off with the basics again. Practising doing up to fronts or gap to fronts on something small that you feel confident on. When you start to get the feel for things again maybe move up onto something bigger.
This! Just don't touch your front brake at all. Your head will work Itself aroudn the fact you cant rely on it and therefore bringing you to two wheels. ( Or still going to front and realising what a silly thing it was )
When I first joined this Forum a year or so ago, I didn't really take much notice to my grammar. But since I was slated for It, I'm sort of more cautious of It all. Silly or not.. It's the truth.
I leanrn't to hop by find a set of 3-4 steps. Balance your front wheel on the 2-3 or 4th one. When you feel comfortable, lean back a little until you find that 'point of balance'. Just keep doing it until you feel comfortable.
It's just like a pedal up but you tap your front wheel into the wall. Although i ride mod.. It's pretty fun to do and definetly helps it certain situations.
At first i watched the second single clip and though you was going to gap to the grass after read that you have been riding for 4.5 months, then you beasted over to the step! You obviously have a natural talent for bicycle trials, keep at it!
