It depens on your price range really, The best freewheel and most popular freewheel is the echo SL which is £60 , its the only one i use so i couldnt really tell you what the cheaper ones are like. hope ive been of some help. charlie

I seem to land VERY hard when i gap and seem to get alot of pinches when trying to go big. Ive tried pumping my tyres up but i cant get near the distance i was doing when they were down a little, as i like my rear tyre bouncy . Any advice?thanks
