Me and George Shephard have discovered Plimsoles! Well, he wears plimsoles, I wear Fila race drivers boots, very thin soles and lightweight, they're awesome.
  4. WD40 was never intended as a lubricant, as the name suggests - WD40 = Water Displacement 40th attempt

Maybe he should wear a helmet...?
  12. My old Ciguena used tensioners, an they were pants. Used my mates Hydroxx as a guide, measured up, drilled and threaded holes on my dropouts, an bought a set of TR cams. Never had a problem with them. Using TR cams on my Echo now, and haven't had to re-adjust them since I built the bike, they rule!
  13. Yes they take a 19" rim on the back. Yes, they take one the same style as koxx/echo (NOT Monty/Neon) They use snail cams, but can be run with tugs too (Horizontal drop outs) Hope that helped buddy, and welcome to the darkside!! lol
  14. I use Six Six One Veggie shin pads, cant fault 'em

  19. Go here: CLICKY £20.60 for 20 M4 helicoils and all the tools to fit them (its very easy). Can't say fairer than that, I always make sure I've got these lying around, just in case!
  20. Yea I know, but I got given it for free, so I'm not complaining Beggers can't be choosers!
  21. Giro Indicator, £29.99 from your local Halfords. Used one for a while, real comfortable, light and seems really strong. Deffo recommend one!
