Seariously mate, eat anything you want in moderation. (obv not kebabs and lard sandwhiches etc..) I had an operation on my foot a week ago and am required to be in bed for 2 weeks. As i have put on weight over the course of the last 6 or so months at uni and it wasnt making me feel paticularily good about myself I decided to see what i could do about this while i had an 'excuse' not to drink. Now you might think, you're not gonna loose weight while lying in bed but seriously, ive been eating 2 square meals a day, usually a salad for lunch, and a decent meal for dinner and a bowl of cereal before bed or something with.. and this is the clincher.. NO SNACKING IN BETWEEN (if you do have to fill a hole, have a banana or a glass of milk) and in just over a week ive lost about 2 1/2, 3 pounds. I also do about 100 sit ups in bed becuase im bored. All this coupled with the no drinking and i look and feel a shit load better, just try it man. basically my advice is no snacking! gud luck! J

Just got an HD tv and am scouting out possible upgrades. Have been pondering over the xbox 360 hd dvd player and just wondering if anyone had any experience with it? is it worth it what with the big HD vs. Blu Ray extravaganza????? ive found it for the amazing price of £109 with free delivery here ta guys, J

Ey up, just got my hands on a shiny new HD TV upon which I shall be playing my 360 and I have 2 queries that I was hoping you fine people may shed some light on! Firstly, real easy one here, is the standard rgb lead that is supplied with the xbox high definition, as i have seen ones on sale in pcworld which are 'hd rgb leads' whats the diffy??? ay??? And secondly, this ones a teaser, which produces a better picture, HD VGA cable, or HD RGB??? Tell me, please. Thanks in advance, James.

i am so foofing excited about the champions league, i don't know why but something about european tournaments just gets me so much more excited than say the premiership or the f.a cup. Not a Liverpool supporter but by the grace of god im gonne be cheering for them against milan, when they met two years ago it produced some of the greatest football i have ever seen, and i'l never forget it. Plus il be watching it in Liverpool so its all good! All those of you who say 'ahh footballs for chavs' open your mind a bit and appriciate the majesty of it all, and have a pint, it will relax you. bear gyrlls is a pretty couragous guy people, not really the same genre as ray mears. Hes a survival expert, and hes the youngest brit to ever have reached the summit of everest and survived. If your interested he has a book out about the climb called 'facing up', you should read it and find out why its slightly more than "hes not as cool as ray mears", hes a very interesting, insightful guy. That is the most rediculous suggestion i've ever heard, im sorry but anyone who says yes is odd, no sex for a LIFETIME, but a million quid which these days won't go an amazingly long way.. ..but thank the heavens we're still allowed hugs and kisses, haha. ..id give them up for a million quid.
