  1. Ok thanks mates, so I can use them without gloves... will they last?
  2. Mate, I've read carbon boosters hardly work, they do flex and don't improve the braking force as much as an alu booster! I would not buy the carbon ones.
  3. Hello mate. I have a 09 python, which has a similar built-in booster. I used to use a 2 bolt Trialtech booster, with Cousts on plastic backings, 05 maggie, 4 finger lever, zhi clamps, water bleed and medium grind. It was a veeery good brake. Two months ago I took the booster off to see how it worked, and sound improved a lot, the only thing I noticed was that the lever felt a bit more spongy, but now, with the same set up but a harsh grind and Tnn Belaeys, it's just astonishing. I'd say, if you usually ride streety, there is no need to use a booster with a python. If you ride natty (as I do), maybe that little different will help you. Hope this helps you!
  4. Hello mates, the title says everything. Basically, I'm a bit fed up with wearing gloves, they make me sweat and that's not good. Furthermore, I've seen A LOT of videos of people riding without gloves, so I guess they don't have any pain afterwards. I'm riding these: Try-All Rubber I've tried and it's impossible to ride after 10 minutes, the pain appears. I've also tried some like these: French ID But they're too thin, and my fingers touch my hand over the bars. So, what can I do? Thanks!
  5. Mmm, could you use this on the rear with a not-so-strange gear ratio? 15T 6 pawls Monty FW
  6. I saw the new Speed Race rear hub, and I was astonished as soon as I noticed the price, weight and look. But then I read this: "Please note that the finishing quality of these hubs is not quite as high as we would like, so the price (despite the carbon centre) reflects this." What's the problem? (sorry if this has nothing with the topic >.<) EDIT: I've just seen the answer on other topic, thanks in any case mates!
  7. I'm not too keen on those blue rims, and if you need to use a 4-bolt booster and that huge quantity of tar on a ground rim, IMO you should change the brake. In any case, I like that frame a lot
  8. Well, I've had the Tr's for about 4 months, and I have hit them several times against rocks and walls mainly, the cages aren't bent at all (that was what was looking for), and strangely, the bodies are scratched over few places, but don't have any cracks. I may have noticed a little bit lost of hold, but nothing major. I'd go for them again. Hope this helps you!
  9. Niiiiiicee Guillee, no me creo que te quedes sin bici tío Que vuelvas prontoooo!!
  10. Great vid dude! Loving that stripped Fans, and a very smooth style! Well done
  11. The video doesn't exist anymore? lol
  12. I've just seen this, and think it hasn't been posted yet, so have a look, it's worth it: http://vimeo.com/15216996
  13. If you mean the new Curve, it's going to be released in 20", 26" and 24" trials; the owner of trial-bikes told me he'd have them for the next two weeks aprox. By the way, he told me the price of the 26" complete bike would be around 2200€ The bike Diego was riding there was the proto of the new Curve, that's why it still had some stickers on. It's been a while since that video
  14. Great job Guille! Amazing how you can reproduce the song (which I like A LOT). Que maquina tio, a ver cuando te deleitas con un video nuevo jaja ;D Keep us informed!

    New Hs33 Brake

Well, they've just arrived here in Spain: here it is. As you can see, the price (83€) is only a little bit higher than the '05 model (81€), so this is a great thing IMO.
  18. Really thank you mate! I was absolutely confused about that system, but now I'm not Thanks again
  19. Yeah I understand, and is it better than snail cams?
  20. I love that frame! Your set up is also really good, and may I ask, how do you tension the chain? if you do use the Onza tension system, I'd be interested in how it works
  21. lol I've got a '09 Python, beast for street, good too in natural, but nothing great, maybe because of the weight and low BB
  22. If you ride streety, buy a Python.
  23. Well done Kieran, a lot of improvement there mate! When I was 13 I didn't even think of doing that stuff haha
