haha yeah, it was a bargin, its the 1.4 8v version so pretty dam slow compared to my 650cc bike haha

passed my test a week ago, now ive got my own car im not enjoying driving like i thought, the idea of not getting wet/cold etc is sweet but im just not getting the spark! Anyone got any tips of actually enjoying driving? thinking less and actually doing it? went through some floods yesterday, now the car sounds like a diesel on start up, opened the bonnet to find the engine cover causing all the noise!

Too right But yeah, General driving has improved loads in a few nights so hopefully the reversing/maneuvers follow in suit

Just passed my test a couple days ago, Now driving a fabia estate. Struggling with reversing & knowing the length of the thing! Can anyone give me any pointers?

Driving test passed!

Mainly the commute each day, Around 20 mins each way. I have taken it for a couple spins on the weekend for a good few hours but nothing back-breaking.

Very possibly, Wouldn't hurt too wack it on charge!

nice one I hate winter! the commute too work is nice & cold! copied this from the kawasaki forum, Can anyone shred some possible light? Got a problem with the er6, Ive had this problem for the past month or so but now recently its started too cut out on me Here goes, When starting up cold, It only revs up too 1k and so judgery on idle, Like its not getting enough fuel and trying too clonk out on me, Thats when it does start!, The fuel injection light will stay on until its warmed up. If i put some revs on manually when first start up, It will sit at around 2k revs afterwards like it should do! Recently when i come too a stop it will just suddenly cut out on me, Done it when its both cold and warm but will start up straight after no problem, Ive noticed my headlights not been very bright cold, If i let of the revs the headlight goes dimmer! Anyone know my problem? Want too get some new plugs in and a fresh air filter but doubt that explains why the fuel injection light comes on? Might buy some injector cleaner on the weekend too see if that does the trick Any help is appreciated

Thanks for taking the time too reply! Ill most certainly keep that in mind as its a little ropy at the mo. But yeah i meant the car park bay reverse, That's the one i struggle with. I think its the way my instructor is teaching it too me, I've gotta go full lock when reversing at the moment looking over my shoulder, Then when in the correct position do the correction to straighten up. Personally id rather turn earlier and less sharper when reversing.

mines the 8V version, thats good too know , perfect first car really, cheap insurance and slightly safer being bigger too keep the parents happy haha

TDI i believe, Ive got the 1.4 petrol SLLOOOWWWW version in the same color, For when i pass my test, Just playing around with a few ideas

Aye both sides shouldn't have gone as far as they did, But surly if the driver had his family in the car, He wouldn't have gone in the back of that bike (Might have been a near miss im not sure) even though that biker was being a complete idiot, As its pretty obvious (too me) there will be a confrontation.

Yeah mines been spot on, Commuted none stop all weathers and going strong, perfect for commuting due too the seating position and friendly power delivery. it annoys me sometimes cuz its a parallel twin and tends to slightly judder at around 3k revs, but you get used to it.

yo, Looking for a decent pair of over the ear headphones, Got around £70 too spend. So what do u guys recommend for a good sound quality? Looked at beats by dre but seems like there more of a fashion item? cheers
