i have a theory but i gaurantee it wont work where BB is (the hole) if u take the bb out u can stick ur finger in the downtube....if u got a strong piece of metal and some strong wwire u could pull the strong piece of metal through the downtube (undenting the frame) you would pull the wire out through the other side of the downtube (the headtube) if it had a cut out on the front on the bike u probably won't understand u shud probably discard this comment from your mind

that was really good two things you clould improve 1) when gapping your not putting enough effort into the kick , you rally need to bend you body inot your bike and push off like a spring if you watch people doing some big gaps you'll see they kinda dive into the 2) dont go up to bash ,it looks terrible and you could have easily made it up that wall you just need to bend your legs , crouch on you bike then sort of push your wight over your handle bars and you backwheel will just lift up hope this helps if you dont understand what i meen with the second thing watch this

personally i just ride loads like everday for atleast an hour unless it's raining tooo much and ride mototrials on sundays and i am in a football club i have matches or training on saturdays.... also when doing lines just slow youreself down and think about breathing when riding...i've seen quite a lot of peopole not breathing mainly because they're under pressure ,just relax do more sports

I think it's great that althought you are not the biggest of riders (your still a novice) you know most moves and can do them well well done keep at it

i have a 2010 one , i haven't used an old style, but the 2010 is seriously good great hold and modulation, haven'y had anyproblems with it the only down side it the inside pad adjuster i find i have to use the tool to tighten it because it's to stiff to turn without it. other than that it's perfect excuse my no mechanical mind...how do you tighten the headset if there's no bolt because the cable is going through where the bolt would be

that one was rather painful...i think my feet touched the back of my head while i was in the air then land on my face LOL at the one where the crank snaps and the one on the fountain i gave up after the first 4 they were horrible
