  2. all of that (except the office part) is filmed at cligga head, including the bit of natural quarry like place
  3. well my mounts are okay, maybe a little wonky but easily useable, there isn't much weld area though, see how things go anyhow!
  4. i am indeed haha! summer this year i think, we'll have to go some other places than shipley too haha? awesome, did you manage to get one with maggy mounts?
  5. chain line problems parts didn't fit it was a part exchange/ garuantee from rocknroll bikes so i sent them it back after they pissed us around for ages yes! haha they're ain't that many problems just my coust pads are too thick! everything else is perfect. they're 175mm cranks. try all ones that have been discontinued. lush frame though looks awesome haha
  6. onza, speedrace and zhi are all manufactured in china haha only ozonys, koxx and monty are the only ones i know of that aren't everything's all together fine except my maggie pads are to thick and the maggie hits the cranks, plus i need new snail cams so the wheel centralises!
  7. never rode the limey, sent it back
  8. my new frame Bionic B5R All built up and it's the same geo as the koxx sky 2! the frame weighs less too ;D you like? i'll get some better pics of the bike tommorow morn
  9. lush frame, where'd you buy it from ?
  10. have you seen the mcdonalds advert?.....maybe they'll gve us some free burgers.....mmmmm festive burgers <3
  11. now i'm going to give you some tips, i can backwheel 36" and have bunny hopped to back the same. however wether i'm doing it right or not is a different matter haha. i reckon you're better off starting pedal ups on something worth getting up. try 3-4 pallets like 24". if you can pedal up onto things to two wheels you're half way there. if you get the technique etc. it should just be a case of a bit more speeed ( not to much mind!) and a lot more effort, bigger kick etc. concentrate on pushing your arms and the handle bars away from you into the sky. push your whole body behind you're back wheel. look at pictures of benito and imitate that. also, no pedal ups are done with ease, at all. benito can't just hop up onto stupidly high things without any effort/thought. it's impossible. it will become easier with practise. but the effort and power still has to be there. here's me doing it as I say whether I'm back wheeling "right" I don't know. good luck also, it will take time a good few hours atleast (of practise)
  12. I have used the 5/10 free riders for like a year, and now wearing ribo lites for about a month.. both halve so far equal levels of grip from what i can remember. "s1 Stealth" soles are pretty damn grippy for platform pedals, but caged would be less so i guess! have
  13. your funny see I'd say it's easier to back wheel/tap things on a stock and i might even say it's easier to gap. static things are the same, as your still getting you body up on top of a wall whether the wheels are big or small. If you mate has an ozonys i'm guessings it's going to weigh about 8 kg, compared to your phase which i'm guessing is going to be 10/11 kg and completely different geometry. there are far to many variables to justify your conclusion that mod is easy/shit or otherwise. have fun now.
  14. ha they're just messing ...they told me to make this post, making me look all stupid and you have to start early, it's winter, otherwise the day be gone!....you can meet us later on in't day (if you want to drive down to cornwall!?!)
  15. plan of action; start at wheal kitty, move on to cligga head. Start early on sunday the 27th of November 2011.
  16. this hook has it's own village hall
  17. i have something like 50 pallets in my garden....local coal/animal food seller gives them to us, just go to industrial estates there fine with it too, or should be. dad has an estate, 4 in the boot and 5 on the roof. as above blue pallets will be rarely given away as they're on loan....also you'll be lucky if you get a wooden cable real/cotton real, turns out the big ones can be worth around £500. i managed to get one it went on top of the car. also if you wanted tyres, go to any big truck/digger hire place (forgot the collective term) they'll beg you to take them away...but you'll just be stuck with them....haha (i have 4)
  18. gutted son :/ i hope your sister takes it well (N)
  19. hahah you payed for that mug... loooser! i got it FREE, when ordering 3 t-shirts for like £5 and FREE postage,it would have cost them more than £5 to send that bad boy you know me babe <3

    Which Pad?

I have used Heat sink coust & yellows, rock blues & beleays.....yet to find pads that i think are great they all seem to wear away far too quick and no clear victor, might just be me though......got a pair of "real" cousts here though, so i'm gonna have to try these out. anyhow, for a grind use a thin diamond cutting disc preferable on a slow grinder 11,000 rpm seems to fast. and a gentle skim will do fine with a diamond disc.
