  7. I am very grateful for all the advice and have taken it all in. I have decided not to sacrifice the power for the weight at the minute and at a later date put the smaller discs on to try it out and see how I get on. Cheers for all the help guys, AJ
  8. I am running adaptors and 180 rotors so will loose a bit more than just the rotor size plus they will be more out of the way
  9. Its for my gu-st mod, I just don't want to lose the hold I have on my 180's but would like smaller rotors so I can save weight
  10. mmmmmm now the question is will the 160s be enough? I don't really want my brake slipping
  11. how much difference in power between the 160 and 180 rotors then?
  12. Ok so I have come to the conclusion that i might change from my 180 mono rotors to the 160 Rockman superlight rotors, so will I loose braking power, hold and bite or will i be best sticking with the bigger mono rotors? I really like the feel, power and hold of my brake now but want save a load of weight as then I can remove my +20 adaptors and put smaller lighter rotors on.
  13. Definatly upgrade to a hydralic rear will the best yoiu can do with a nice sized rotor like 180+ the bigger the more power
  14. How low is low? I have an 08 gu-st and my bars are 40" high. AJ
