24 was made to begin with to be "street" although i really don't like using that word. If you want the zoot buy a proper UCI bike, as it will ride about the same. You will not get any of the great characteristics of a 24 leeson or curtis from that zoot.

The water is only used as a rapid cooling agent, in the cold it is not quite as important but still do it as it speeds the process up.

Halfords, take you original ones down there and they should have a sheet with various different shapes. They can match your one up (alot of pretty much generic) and order one for you not sure about the price though. Or go to saracen direct, they should be able to help you.
