standard magura fluid will do just fine, your local bike shop should do it no probs.

you can use magura standard stuff. The guy who made them used ot work for magura so he knew what size to make stuff etc. When inserting the tube at the syringe end be sure to remember that there is a ball bearing behinf the little grub screw (to help with the sealing).

yes it will, all bash plates fit on all mod frames

they will send you another bolt and tell you to bend it back. Not difficult if you have access to a vice :D

if you go and measure you monty tyre it is 2.8", just use a monty they are close enough to three inches.

More Pedals: DMR V12 Mag, strong, light and nice and grippy. A little on the expensive side. But I love mine. Again try other people's pedals and see what you like.
