you need to keep busy then so you dont sit around and think about things. maybe play a little GTA IV will do

on new bikes you will have to regularly tighten your cranks and if im right you bought your bike brand new not so long ago... i may be thinking of someone else but i hink it was you. anyway theres not much you can do about that except keep tightening it and it will stay tight eventually. with your piston try WD-40 on it. it solves alot of problems and someone else recently tried it to sort the same problem. you can buy new pistons though but see if you can get it freely moving first.

ahh that would be why. i live in lowestoft though so i wouldnt bike, especially on a trials bike i never even knew what trials was until jacksnell95 told me but i saw people in norwich riding a year or 2 ago and i thought "thats good what they can do on them mountain bikes

tartybikes are great! rocknroll bikes not so great. i ordered my stuff on the day i made this post which was around 2 weeks ago and im still waiting for it. ive chased them up about it but not much has been done to be honest. they havent even got back to me about it.
