  1. i had a water bled mini mono caliper and that was fine ( i did fit new seals) dunno how the lever will fare with water in it though, i was running it on a maggie lever.
  2. my dogs cornered a mouse once under my tv, bb gun took care of the little b*****d. if you trap it and then relese it chances are it will find its way back in, stop being a girl and kill it before it breeds.
  3. does it have the same headtube machining as the stock? candy red with a satin back everthing else will look nice with the down tube graphics. local paint shop will mix it and put in a can, wont be budget by time you got all the assosiated paint stuff.
  4. cleverly placed acoustic foam?
  5. i managed to narrow down the ticking noise (when pushing or pulling on my bars) to my trailtech stem (highrise, stock) everything else has been changed and the problem persists. clean the bars and where they clamp and it stops for like 20 mins then starts again. its super lame! maybe its a trialtick stem thing.
  6. ill have it if someone has another to offer, my ocd wont let me run odd levers so id need a pair. assuming the price is right.....
  7. seaman in the front brake and vaginal discharge in the back brake
  8. shaving weight from a frame could be an expensive f**k-up, going from an 07 pure to an 09 control (like 300g lighter i think) and i havnt noticed any difference. wheels would be a good place to start loads of weight can be lost there, think its more where you save the weight from that matters. saving half a kilo from a pair of wheels will feel a lot lighter than shaving a few grams off your frame wazzup saaalg
  9. did you get them recently? know of anywhere with nos? retro-fit levers would look nicer.
  10. paddy and murphy sitting on the floor, paddy falls off...... what do you call a bungee jumper with no bungee cord? tony scott
  11. kickass! is that the older tr blade or is it the same as the current one at tarty? was it easy to mod-fit? close up pics would be awsome mate. think ill have to get some now...
  12. these ones? everything 04 maggie is near-impossible to find, these do look nice though...
  13. right so i have some 04 levers and the lever baldes aren't the most comfortable, i want to find some more comfy blades preferably a bit longer too. anybody know any were that still stocks some upgrades for my relic levers?, i havn't seen any for sale for ages and i dont realy want to change my lever bodys as they work fine. has anyone tried making some tr blades fit the 04 bodys? the tr levers clearly based on the 04 maggie just a lot prettier and ive been thinking about this as an option for a while, but without a pic of the blades side by side its hard to tell if its possible plus 40 quid on a whim isn't my style. any ideas guys? cheers
  14. is the wheel wonky horizontaly or verticaly? mine was off verticaly when i built it up, loosened everything and tightened it up again it was right. was it all equal and strieght when you took it off?
  15. blatent disregard for your health, your bike and have balls like basketballs
  16. i do like the look of these frames, kinda liek the older pitbulls. yours could do with some tlc lol, no ofence. how much did it cost you?
  17. those are evo monuts, you need some 4-bolt mounts. if the pad does't clip in the slave could be f**ked, you'll find a used one for a 5er in the fs section, makes for a wallet friendly fix.
  18. chains way too loose, are those evo mounts bodged onto 4 bolt mounts?
  19. is that a front hub rigged to work on the back? id hazard a guess and say ud need a 116mm hub, were these a mod-stock frame? if someones just wacked a front hub on the back, the frame could be shafted.
  20. sort a spoke tensioner out and shorten the chain, will look so much neater, then agian i hate anything that resembles a rear mech. old pure's kick ass in the looks department. my offer still stands....
