Koxx hydroxx long. Pretty decent and light, altough been welded (seem decent work though)with bb, headset and cranks/freewheel for very cheap. Got a decent rearwheel from DrStix, no problem with that. Brakes are hs11, they work well for me. Base t20 front wheel, well yea, stem and bar, they are alright.

Hmm.. sounds like a decent spec'd bike to me.. :O

You might just have had bad luck with some parts:)

I'd say it's 10% riding, 10% fixing and 80% nipping into the garage to hear the sound of my cousts...
