Well done , and thank you . This is really good and inspiring , any chance of a downloadable version ?
-
Trialmedia 2 features some kickass sections on 24s . Unfortunately , the site seems to be undergoing maintenance . Sneaky edit : http://tv.isg.si/site/?q=filebrowser/theboon = several kinds of cool ! How did I miss that , was it posted before ?

Great work , Anjow . A really valuable contribution to the forum . Thanks for adding internal links in my articles , wasn't sure about doing so myself for fear of creating duplicates .
-
Very cool , nice crouched manuals too . Thanks .

Obviously remove valve caps and shorten the chain right up to the point that it doesn't stress the hub body . Foam grips and a cut down chainstay skin . Also , if you frequently inspect / tighten your headset there's really no need for a headset cap , as the pinch bolts on the stem will keep the whole thing compressed .

It certainly ain't pretty , but how does it ride ? Is there a valid metallurgical / geometry reason to do this ? If the curves were added just for unique looks , then I'm not impressed .
-
Starting to take off now , I'll be watching it's progress closely and adding content / categories .
-
Like WiKipedia itself , we can create disambiguation pages , whereby several keywords link to the same article . There already appears to be a rudimentary glossary , those could also be links . Ninja Edit : Good work , mods .
-
That . Also , according to the UCI rules you get penalised 1 point .

Let's not allow this thread to die , it has lots of potential .
-
Neat riding , powerful AND smooth . Some people just look so comfortable on their bike .
-
I mistakenly installed a Dutch copy of XP recently , tried it for like - 2 days before I got sick of that primitive Germanic leftover s**t . The resulting English install is shown in Diagram A : Yeah that's right , Jennifer Connelly don't y' know ?
-
Let's just get as much , accurate content on there as we can then we classify it into logical categories later . Aside from technical how to's , some general information such as notable riders and manufacturers might be useful to the target audience ( beginners . )I really hope this project takes off , perhaps a sticky link to the WiKi ?

This is a pretty useful idea , and something that can help many riders and also reduce unneeded posts . All it takes is for poeple to make short entries about their special area of interest or expertise and it'll soon grow . I'll be watching this closely , as it has great potential , and if I'm not mistaken , Trials forum is the largest online community , so this will allow a broad spectrum of topics and articles .

Neat find , even features some Dutch riders . Some notable points : Wesley Belaey's accuracy Kenny's drop at the end = What the Hell ? Seriously , I was wondering how Kenny was gonna get off there and this didn't even appear likely . Great showman .
-
Yeah , so as I was saying ... Went to front wheel on a small wall and uh ... Oh well , guess I get to run some Azonic risers now , should help me with manuals and generally spinny streety stuff .
-
A trials related event in Holland ? Hah , you younger riders with your crazy imaginations . Seriously , I'm totally going and totally getting owned by better riders , can't wait .
-
Very good Martino , you're learning fast . I was already impressed by how rapidly you seemed comfortable with sidehops when Julian introduced you as a beginning rider . Dutch trials scene represent !
-
Very impressive , inventive riding . I hope to see more of your riding soon .My only complaint is that the lens is pretty dirty for the first half of the video .

Holy poo ! That's a better endorsement than any advertising agency could ever come up with . I've been running Mavic D521's for like , oooh about EVER aswell .
-
Indeed , my fellow Dutch rider . The Base sprang to mind immediately upon reading the topic , and yeah I'm biased , but it seems to meet your requirements . For the absurdly low price you get a decent frame with geometry similar to the old Pure . Just discard the supplied bashplate and you have a flickable frame that is stable and obedient on the back wheel . As for strength , the early versions had an issue with seattube fracturing , but the new generation ( as supplied by Tartybikes ) seem to be fine .

Ever used a component long after it's worn out / due for replacement ? A certain part you don't really trust anymore that niggles at the back of your mind before that dodgy gap ? I recently replaced my chain and was amazed that it was even intact given it's terrible state . Been meaning to for ages , and it was only a cheapo Sachs PC somethingorother to begin with , yet it ran for surely 8-9 months . Also I've been running the same wOOdman handlebar for well over 4 years now , and am surprised to have intact dentistry thus far . What downright untrustworthy parts are you running whose life expectancy has long since passed ?
-
I've not used one so cannot judge but as Partz pointed out Vincent was recently let down by one at a comp ...
-
That's lookin' lovely , any chance of some well lit outside shots ?

I've seen TF'ers post on OTN , but this is the first time I've seen the reverse occur . And very welcome it is too , as that bike is all kinds of nice .
