  1. What a good lookin' bike , just really elegant and light .
  2. I wish it was a Pro II ! 'Tis only a Hope XC , but reliable and noisy as hell .
  3. Really neat riding , available for download anywhere ?
  4. Am I a dumbass , or can I only see my result by submitting an E-mail adress ?
  5. Don't give up on tensioners just yet , especially if you don't intend to run any gears as a well set up tensioner is considerably lighter and more resistant to knocks than most derailleurs . Just realise that a tensioner will never work well out of the box , but with some careful adjstment to ensure it works with your choice of chain and sprocket , they can do wonders .
  6. That's surprisingly short sighted for such an otherwise sensible and well established manufacturer . The U.K scene is one of the most active anyhere , and ANY trials product should be heavily marketed to cater for the U.K's needs / wants . Kinda a chicken and egg situation though , as no one will import 'em without being certain of sales , but no one's gonna buy 'em if they're scarce .
  7. Such an underrated game , the online multiplayer aspect is great , too .
  8. I suspect you lack the neccesary decoding software called a CODEC . Problem is , there are many packs and types , and using several simultaneously can cause conflicts , often resulting in entertaining situations like video displaying upside down . A popular pack is the K-Lite codec pack .
  9. Knock it off , start your own thread . There's few enough saddled bikes as it is .
  10. I know that many among you are well versed in the arcane art of PC wizardry , so here's hoping someone may be able to help . I'm running a regular IDE disk and just purchased a second disk , this one is SATA . All I want to achieve is both being visible at the same time , so I can transfer my data to the SATA disk . Both / either disks are running fine , and are formatted and have XP installations . I had hoped that both would be visible and I could copy my data from IDE to the SATA disk , but there are too many variables for my inexperienced mind to calculate . These include : Jumper settings BIOS settings Cable arrangements .The annoyance is that once achieved , all I wanna do is transfer my data and then run just the SATA . Any tips / ideas ?
  11. How does one get data onto / into it ? Either way , I suspect image quality would be awful .
  12. Looks good , just ensure they're flush against the rim surface .
  13. Afraid I can't offer advice on either frame as I've not riden 'em , but don't leave me all alone as the only rider to still use a saddle , please .
  14. It doesn't adhere to traditional designs , but stick with it . Release a tape aswell . Damn , I feel so dirty now

What a profoundly cool human .
  16. See , what you've done there is gone an' built a good lookin' bike . ( Is that a blue bullet valve cap on the rear ? )
  17. Probably is , but deep section rims tend to offer poor braking surfaces and it appears you're running standard black V pads . A well set up V with good cable and pads can supply powerful , controllable braking at a respectable weight . That said , since you're going for a new fork + hub I guess not . Good to see the more ... umm ... mature among us still ride .
  18. Yup - 12 s , though I'm considering a pair of Try - All double cages , might save me a few grammes and skin off my shins . Anyone else still ride this frame ?

  20. Superb , thanks for sharing these . Great Flickr page , too . Sneaky edit : That chain tensioner and XTR / Mavic D - 521 front wheel are still going strong ( as seen in link in my sig . )
  21. He also claims to have helped Intel design the architecture of their new processor chip .
  22. ... patiently awaiting the first person to post : Actually , that's a cool idea * submits designs to patent office *
  23. Awesome indeed , but if I'm not mistaken it's a Holocaust memorial in Berlin and is a VERY touchy subject in Germany . But oh , Lord yeah it's trials heaven .
