Among the best trials / street clips I have EVER seen . At the risk of showing my age : Petr Kraus was one of my main inspirations back when he was riding for Orange , long before the appearance of seatless trials specific frames , a largely forgotten rider .
-
So were those designs any good ? I have plenty more similar .
-
One Hell of a task . First off , are you categorising only trials specific manufacturers , or all bike brands ?
-
The Cultiv8ed videos never fail to impress . I get the impression this was a muckabout / training ride , yet the standard of riding is incredible , far beyond what I could hope to achieve anytime soon . Cultiv8ed m@ : is that a snapped headtube as your avatar ? If so what frame was that ?

I suspect the vast majority of my posts are made between 23:00 and 07:00 'cause I work night shifts as hotel security with the ironic exception of this post . ( also , good to be quoted in someone's sig , w00t ! Someone actually reads my s**t . )
-
You'll NEVER be able to get these cut out , but if you want Gothic styled work ...some of my designs .
-
Deece ... Werd ... except if this was O.T.N ( Observed Trials.Net , American trials forum ) this post would have been accompanied by photos of the contents of someone's fridge , one emoticon replies and a link to some downright frightening pornography .
-
Always thought these look better in black . And I'm totally with you , a well set up V-brake can offer excellent stopping power .
-
Given my screen name " Endohopper" , I feel duty bound to reply , but I feel there's little I can add to Karsonlevoret's excellent advice . :$

Congratulations on getting it off the ground , seems like a well presented site . Only one criticism : Quote IOLOBIKES.COM "...You have to choose your Geometry, Dropouts (vertical/horizontal), Head tube ...etc " The way this is written makes selecting these options seem like a troublesome obligation , whereas it's actually an exciting and unique opportunity to design a custom frame . Emphasise this , it's not a chore , it's perhaps THE reason to choose an Iolobikes frame over a factory frame . Best of luck with the site / company

They just don't make 'em like that anymore ... .

Thanks for your encouraging replies , I was expecting a tirade of " what no middleburn / King / Magura etc...? " I'm running XT levers on XT arms , although the top picture still shows LX arms . The pads are those clear V pads sold by Tartybikes , absurdly grippy and great for lockup but my manuals suffer as a result . It's all about the blue and white cable , really

Best mod clip I've ever seen . Sick . The guy can pull huge hops from slow rolling and with short run up , what an impressive style . That's makin' it look easy .
-
Oh , God yes ... What a good looking bicycle , these look sooo appealing except the Frankenmech at the back .
-
Now that's an entertaining , varied trials clip , well edited too. Sweet stoppie on the ramp at the beginning . Unfortunately , I'm gonna have to use the " ignore " function on everyone here who is capable of performing manuals ...you're making my riding look bad :$ .
-
Decent enough video , I'm curious about your grips , though . Given that you ride / rode without gloves , you must be pretty happy with 'em ...what do you use ?
-
Totally with Pauloliver on this one , the TA26 is an excellent choice , offering great value for money . Having discarded the supplied bashplate , you're left with a reasonably light , obedient bike ideally suited to streety / spinny moves .
-
My vote goes for the ring . Strangely , my stock frame was supplied with a plate . ( Base . )
-
Great lookin' bike , I'm surprised these aren't more popular . Kinda unusual looking headset cups there ?
-
Becoming very fond of my 2nd TA26 frame , although why on earth these are supplied with bashplates is beyond me . One of , like at most 7-8 stock trials bikes in Holland . That's right , a saddle , how quaint . While I intend to upgrade to Maguras soon , I must say I totally trust my V-brake setup .
-
Really good looker , except perhaps a shortening of cables / hose may be needed ?
-
A very familiar problem , one I've been struggling with recently . I work nights ( 23:00 - 07:00 ) so theoretically this leaves my days free , but obviously I sleep from like 8 'till 3 or 4 in the afternoon . Kinda sucks , but with summer on the way , I look forward to more quality time with my precioussss...

ye lol i think its orite And on a serious note , I was amazed at how quickly I was validated , given that English isn't even my language . Am I incorrect in thinking that there seem to be more new members registering recently , or is this a backlog left over from the recent server change ?
