  1. I was just curious if anyone had any advice about my arm. Its an old injury that made me quit biking when I was 15, I broke the arm in 3 places and now have 2 metal plates on the bones. Since I've got back into the biking I've got alot of dull pains in the bones. Now I do strap the arm and wear a support on the wrist when riding, but has anyone got any suggestions about how to strengthen it or how to protect it better? Because now I've started on bikes again I'm not giving up again! Thanks in advance Bernard
  2. 1st day on the new bike, 1st day on any bike in 5 months...... the pain!

  4. Thanks for the replies everyone, I think what I'll do is get each one mentioned, as I need them, and decide then what suits be best or lasts best. I might get the tesco ones to bring on rides with me, just for cheap quick changes?
  5. Just wondering the best tubes to use on a fourplay? Any body have any recommendations?
  6. I think the new stuff is great, will be buying a new hoodie and some tee shirts! Might even lucky dip it!The logos I think are pretty cool, especially the signature version.
  7. I know from experience of selling my DJ recently that you kinda regret selling your "first love " bike, I wish I hadn't of sold it, but at the same time, if you feel that the hex is an upgrade and could progress your riding, then the Marino should be sold on, but if you don't feel the hex is an upgrade, then I'd suggest getting rid
  8. Hey I got the hoody on the 22nd of February, and you didn't have to refund anything mate,I know that a start up business will have gremlins, and creases to iron out! I love the hoody, top quality materials and workmanship! And I will most certainly be getting more stuff! Plus as soon as I buy my inspired the sticker is straight on it! I've had some serious compliments about it here in Ireland, and I'll keep spreading the word!

  15. Hey all, Ok so I'm on the verge of buying a fourplay 2010 bike, and basically a little niggling issue I have is the lack of rear disc mount, I'm not sure wether to buy it because of that. So my question is, do I miss out on anything by not having dual disc? I know opinions will divide on this, but I just sorta want to know if I should hold off for a 2011? Thanks

  19. What college is this! Pump track on campus!? Have you thought of building with block or brick? Like if you go on sites like adverts.ie you can get people selling pallets of block or brick that were bought for the boom and never used, or cheap scaffolding, you could spray it inoffensive colours like and it means that you can modify the obstacles as time goes on? You've probably already thought of all that, just I'm gonna be building a spot during the summer and that's the sorta stuff I'll use, cable reels, block walls, etc?
  20. Alone in the dark? Or if I sit on my bad hand til it goes numb then it's when a stranger calls
