  1. Awesome vid, particularly liked the natty stuff. Really enjoyed that, thanks.
  2. It's coming along quite nicely thanks dude!
  3. Sorry, Rainbird. Always thought it was rainbow, my bad
  4. The race wasn't integrated, tapped it off the old forks and its on the shiny new ones. Headsets now tight as a nuns chuff. Thank you for all your help Mr. Rainbow. Good folk on this forum.
  5. Thanks so much mate, at work at the mo but ill pop some pics up as soon as I get home. Fairly sure they are older than 2012, I think they are 2011 or older. Thanks for your help buddy I appreciate it.
  6. Thanks for your reply dude. Think I might be being a numpty. Just spoke to my LBS and I think I've gotta remove the crown race from the Urbans and chuck it on the Elements, that way the headset will have something to nip up to. I don't realise the crown race came off the Urbans. Does this sound about right? Thanks again.
  7. I think it's a Meta, that's the only writing on it but I can't seem to find any meta headsets on the web to compare it too.
  8. Hi Guys, I'm after a bit of help. Swapped my frame and forks over earlier to a new set (which is nice) but I'm having a bit of loose headset trouble. There's loads of movement and I cant get the thing to tighten up. After a bit of googling I think my problem is my new forks (Inspired Elements) don't have an inbuilt fork crown race. I've switched to the Elements from Echo Urbans, which I think do have the inbuilt fork crown race. I found a Hope fork crown race on tarty, will this solve my problem or will it only fit a hope headset? Wanna get this thing built so I can ride it so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  9. I would absolutely love to do this but have neither the knowledge nor skill. Best of luck to you, I'll be reading this thread with interest to see how you get on, keep us posted!
  10. ^ Definately. My Dad brought me a Yamaha TY80 when i was 9 and I've never looked back! Awesome to go out riding with the old man every weekend and we certainly wouldn't be as good pals if it wasn't for trials. (I know I'm talking about motor bikes but it's the same principle) Your wallet might not agree though! Oh and impressive shinner, as we all know, chicks dig scars!
  11. That looks awesome! Love the stickers, I suspect we might have a thing or two in common
  12. Thanks for the reply, I'll give them a go!
  13. Hey guys, I need some new rubber, I'm gonna go for some holy rollers but was wondering whether to go for the wire bead or Kevlar? What do you guys run and does it make any difference? Thanks in advance.
  14. Thanks very much Dave, super kind of you.
  15. That'd be awesome, thank you so much! I'm skint till I get paid on Friday but I can shoot you across the money first thing? Take a couple of quid for it at least, let me buy you a pint.
  16. Thanks guys, I'll give the 16t a try, see how it feels.
  17. Cool, I'll give it a go. Thanks for your help guys.
  18. Ah i see, the freewheels built into the hub! Thanks very much buddy, confused me did that! Whats 15t like on the back wheel? I've got 14t on the back at the mo, its great for rolling around but too heavy when you're on the back wheel.
  19. Alright guys, I'm after a new freewheel to fit on a hope pro 2 hub. Thinking it might have to be 17t. I keep bending hangers and knackered my chain tensioner this evening, I'm running 22t up front so am I right in thinking I can run without a tensioner with this gearing? (with a bit of filing) Oh, I'm on a mk1 fourplay. I was wondering what freewheels other people have run 'cause I'm not sure which ones are front free wheel only and which can be used on the hub. Also I need a new BB, any idea what BB's best? I brought a Trial Tech Sport Lite ISIS but the 128mm axle seems too long. Is this just me being a 'tard? Thanks for any help, Josh
  20. This gets my vote. Its so shiny! If I was ever going to replace my mod and had many pounds this would be for me. I think you'd have to be a good rider to ride a gold bike though, it might not look so cool with me lying in a heap on top of it!
  21. Can't believe nobody's mentioned this Beautiful!

    Monty 221

My old school Monty. Worked out the other day I'd had her for ten years! She's pretty original, all I've changed is the front brake, left crank and a couple of tires. Thanks for looking.
