Robbing bastards, I had one for stopping to check my phone in a lay-by near Luton airport, I was there for one minute. I think that was Excel too. After doing a bit of research I discovered that (as mentioned above) you only have to pay a parking fine if it's from the council or police and private companies like this have no legal right to fine you. Guess it works for 90% of the public who shit themselves and pay up. They should all be shot IMHO. (the parking companies that is, not the public!)

Hi guys, I'm after a little help with my back brake. I realised today my pads are only biting on the top half of the disc. I'm on a '11 Fourplay, I have a Hope "b" adapter and I'm running 180's. Here's a couple of pics to explain... I'm 100% sure the problem will be one of my own making because mechanically I'm retarded but what am I doing wrong? Argh! Thanks in advance guys.

One bit of advice, after you've bought them ask her not to leave them on the floor where they can be stepped on. I've bought 3 pairs now, first was a present, second was to replace the first ones I stepped on... you get the picture.

Camping/hiking ideas... Me and the misses climbed Scafell in the lakes last year. It was an awesome experience and a proper get away from it all thing, plus its not that far from you (four and a half hour drive for me!) Shitloads of camp sites round there too, just don't mention the stag do bit or they'll all run a mile! Or you could wild camp up there, it's free and you'll be the only buggers about for miles.

Haha yeh Pat's a pretty talented guy. He's American which is why you haven't heard of him, don't think trials is too big over there. Pretty sure he's been on the American trial de nations team a couple of times though.

So I've been in my job just over a year now. I injured my back at work last April. Last Tuesday my doctor told me my back pain is chronic. Got into work today and got told I had to watch a manual handling video. Thanks guys, 'bout 13 months late though.

Hey dude, I went from on 09 fourplay with an urban upfront to an 11 fourplay with element forks. I'd recommend that set up, the front end feels so much sturdier and the frame feels more solid, he geo differences are fairly minor but quite noticeable, it feels a bit less trialsy but in a good way. Not sure you can run a rim brake on any fourplay frame older than mk1 though. Anyways ....what I'm saying is from my experience it's worth doing.

I watched a documentary called 5 Broken Cameras the other day. It's shot by a Palestinian guy and is all about Israel encroaching more and more on Palestinian land. Not usually much of one for politics but this got my blood boiling, definitely worth a watch. (it's more interesting than I make it sound!)

Every time I watch an edit with Kriss in it I have to rewind it to work out what the hell he actually just did. By far my favorite BMX rider. Also had no idea he was Scottish, presumed he was American for some reason. Thanks for sharing these, will be keeping an eye on the series.
