  1. This should be in the wanted section. Also the most recent comp frames are ok, the geo is the geo is the same as a lomey 320
  2. Yes even abel doesnt run the carbon clean forks. So they wont be availobke for a while in my opinion.
  3. could be loose crank bolts, i thought that i had a stone stuck in my chainstay but no
  4. My contu is unreal on my radix. Definately a wise inveatment in my opinion.
  5. Its a maxxis synper bmx racing tyre. I run one on my bike and its ok. Not as good as a kenda but they are a bit cheaper
  6. i saw it at tartydays. why dont you buy a normal one then get it painted?
  7. Just realised you dont have to take the chain apart to put it on as the stays are 1 peice.
  8. Also before you geind it, soak a sock with fizzy pop. Then wipe it on the rim. Im being serious i used to do it before i jad acces to tar and plus it doesnt make your rim look bad.
  9. My front onza fisc brake was awsome. Never used to slip. Must be a contaminated disc rotor, ive heard that if you take the rotor off then poor water straight out the kettle on it.
  10. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/46301-painting-frames/
  11. My echo sl forks didnt break for almost a year and theu were second hand. I did gap to fronts. Up to fronts. Hooks (not many though) and yet the forks were fine. But as soon as i did a few drop to two wheel they shot off into the distance
  12. Dynamic streching* Also what even is a dic? Ive heard of them and i think there in the lower back but thats it
  13. if street comps started it wouls get more people in the sport itself because not as many people will see a comp in a feild but if its street they will. sorry but i got through the first paragrph and then got a headache. btw(this applies to everyone) if you post has to be put into paragraphs then its to long
  14. yeah, my mate borrowed my t pro frame when he snapped his genersis and everything fit perectly. so if all modern parts fit onto it. then the old parts should fit onto a modern frame
  15. well you do dynamic streching on your bike so evidently the answer is to start on small stuff and procgress
  16. what he means is dont do any static streching, just to dynamic streching. the reason being is the same as why sprinters only do dynamic strectching. static streching opens the muscles and means you canit engadge them as fast so you wont be able to go as big, and for sprinters wont be able to run as fast. dynamic stretching warms the muscle up and stop you pulling anything etc that why sprinters do it.
  17. I usually just ride around on the flat for a bit then i can ride, i only do that because its to warm my hands up, not my body
  18. you have had that bike for 4 years but it look almost new. how? no, but its a good ides because it means you dont have to machine down you spacers
  19. I used to run them with a light grind and they were good but then i smothened my rim and added tar and my brake could only be described as leathel
  20. +1 yellows ***!! yes or they work witha dead or light grind as well
  21. well i do it in the shower works a treat. my mate used to do a cup bleed, (its where you have to take the lever blade off for 05 maggies) but he would take a sip of water then put it into the brake using his mouth wtf i thought it was dan all this time
