I agree with Danny. It looks pretty enough, but I don't see a reason to have someone's arse on a website like that.
  2. Yeah, but he was silly though. He used to backwheel 45" or something without a tap
  3. So, for the plebs like me, what does that mean? (Y)
  4. As a pub worker, I get nothing off. So 15% seems quite good (Y) Although just for beiing a student I get 10% off...
  5. I dunno, I guess it's just a bit of fun is it? Seems a bit odd, but meh. I guess I'm just too serious (Y)
  6. I still use 7. There's nothing wrong with it. What's new in CS? Either way, getting CS ain't gonna help Dave learn about it any more than with 7.0. Dave, that question's very vague, because there are loads of ways of colouring bikes. Just have a look at the tutorials and have a play... (Y)

Bah, it's still some all-powerful figure in the Christian world. Whether he's God or no, isn't an excuse for the bible to instill fear on everyone.
  8. Official? I dunno. As for the general election... I am least pissed off by the labour government, so I'll vote for them. If only it could be a positive vote, rather than "the lesser of two (three?) evils". The Green party don't really stand in general elections...
  9. You ain't alone :P But how is it any better than the T-Rex?

How about the whole Pagan religion? Who's heard of that now? No-one, because Christians went around and killed them all. @ Andyroo: What I meant was that you're not very open minded on this. You believe what the bible tells you to believe.

lol indeed :P I'm sure the persecution that muslims get in Western countries is far more of a problem. That doesn't quite fit with your rather blinkered veiw on society though does it? :P
  12. Bah, you were in the Backstreet Boys though, that hardly counts :P

It's symbolism though isn't it. It's what you make of it, what you believe. You don't actually believe that you're going to die and float up to some place in the sky, meet God and St Paul and wander through some big white gates into heaven, do you? It's the symbolism again, you're not really seeing what I'm saying. If you can be bothered, go back and read my last couple of posts. I'm not going to explain it again. I'm not going to pretend that I know about Judaism, because I really haven't got a clue. All I will say is that if the Jews believed that the Christian "Jesus" was NOT the son of God, then there is no paradox. They are still waiting for their messiah, who they will kill. But like I said, these things aren't to be take literally anyway...

Prince Harry got into a lot of trouble for doing that... :P
  17. The only different thing that Pulo offered was the Pitbull 05 :P
  18. Yes. It's ALL to do with weight. As JJ said: Throw your weight and the bike will follow. Make an effort to kinda jump up at the same time as doing the pedalling thing. When you get it sorted for 26", try a bit higher, throwing your weight more. A video of someone tapping 52" isn't gonna help you in the slightest. At 26", carry on with that technique.
  19. Unless you have some urge to make it yourself, just get a fanbus. Ebuyer do them really cheap (I've seen them for as little as £5). And yeah, that'll allow you to turn the fans down when you're not using them. Alternatively, you can undervolt them (Attach the fan to a +12v line and a +5v line (in place of the earth), giving a p.d. of 7v. However, most fans refuse to spin at much less than 7v, so you can't completely control everything.

The end of the world could just mean the end of your life. After your life, how do you know if the world continues without you. You might be holding the whole place together :P So, with that in mind, it's exactly the same as Christianity. I expect Noz isn't too scared of the devil coming to get him. Isn't there some law in the bible that suggests that people who aren't Christian will be turned away at the pearly gates? I bet there is...

No. Read my post. I've not read the Qu'ran (neither have you :P ), but I'm pretty sure it doesn't say that. It's just one person's interpretation (/excuse to be a violent bitch :P ).
  22. You can't concentrate at work/school because you want to go home and ride... You spend a good proportion of your thinking time analyzing the pros and cons of different frame designs. You spend some more time thinking of what frame you should get next, even if the one you have is fine...

Surely as a Christian, you're aware of all the different ways of reading the bible, different interpretations of its meanings. If you take it all literally, it's a load of bollocks. I'm sure even you can admit to that? There are many things that don't make sense, or just simply couldn't happen. And a lot of stuff is, I'm sure, exaggerated beyond belief. Does this mean that the bible is useless? No, not really. I'm not a Christian, but I do believe that the bible has some good morals in its stories. With that in mind, then, I'm sure there are many ways of reading the Qu'ran. Most if not all muslims that I have met are peace loving people. It pisses them off that muslims get such a bad name in the press etc. This is propagated by 1) People like that Muslim guy you were talking about (Whose name escapes me) who doesn't speak for all muslims, and 2) People like you, spreading rumours and mis-information. What you're saying is like saying that because the BNP are British, therefore all British people are racist. That was Snappel (Ian Thornton).
