hes a little lieing s**t he has had money that he owed to people long back, he just didnt pay it and bring on his rock ard brother. im sure that my solicitors wont mind locking him up for bodily har dunder no account! after all, its what we pay them for!. i want my money now, it has been taking the piss and im sure that if i go round to get it personally, then others will follow. dont try and stick up for him, its not worth it. if he owes you money, try and get it. toby

true true, adam vince is not skint, or so he tell me, he had the money that he owed me months back and he knew he owed it to me, insted he didnt give it to me dispite many e-mail and calls, he still carried on. he now has money again, even if he doesnt have the money, i want it, so he will have to ask his parents, its not totally unreasonable, it just taking the piss now after 9 months. i have told him, the 20th is the date i want the cash by otherwise my dad is going to send round a few of his company solicitors and explain the situation in the nicest possible way. toby

im 5"7 or 5"8, my mate Darren had a go and hes bout 5"10 and he loved it, he could gap it soo far it was unbelievable.

sure thing, i did it earlier, mine is running at about 1020 or 1025.

thats exactly what i thought when i got mine, the bike is shorter but the headtube is slacker so it feels pretty much the same in that respect, the bb is higher which makes you a bit more over the front but it is soooo much easier on the back wheel, it just sits there. the only down side is that there is no bashplate, i bought a ring for it but can't get the welded acs off my cranks!!lol. all in all its not too much of a change, but it does feel a lot better, not just nicer to ride, but it feels nicer.

it cost £240, but i had to splash out on bb headset n new forks because all my old ones wouldn't fit, in my opinion though it's definately worth it, it's an amazing piece of kit!

i'll cry if mine gets stolen it's luverly! lol

to clarify what hapened... about 8 months ago he was supposed ot be swaping with me a brand new t-rex frame kit and forks, heasdet, bash, bb and stem and a brand new revell stock frame for a t-pro and about £150 cash. then he got his bike stolen, and i said to him that if he could sell my bike at the time, then he could just pay me £200 and we could call it square. Now after that i had e-mailed him, called him, sent letters and all sorts and i had no reply untill i put the ither topic on here saying i would take legal action if i did not get my cash. he then said to me he couldnt afford to pay the amount wh had now agreed which was £400 for both the frames and my time and so i said £100 and his pro spec bmx. He was supposed to be calling me today to tell me when i should meet wity him and where. it was supposed to be today at fareham train station and i have herd nothing from him in the last week. Now 8 months is kind of taking the piss and i will take legal action if i do not get my money by next SATURDAY. friends of him.......please urge him to contact me, he has my address, email and phone number. cheers people, toby

hey guys, ive taken over tobys profile for a while, its my aorta, it rides incredible, the front end is very low but thats because of the monty stem with the low rise, when it gets on the backwheel it sits - i mean like near perfect balance, i also noticed that it feels really stiff. the little welded notch on the chainstay really helps when sidehopping not to damage the chainstay. i switched from a t-pro 06 to this and i can really feel the difference. cheers alex

Hiya people, i have lost a much loved video, it is the yao zhi (i think thats how you spell it) video on his 20" by a riverside. its all natural and i think its about a few hundred megabites big. it goes on for around 10 mins aswell. has anybody got the link to its location or have it?? cheers people, toby

i sold him a t-rex frame kit with forks, bb, headset and frame and also an immaculate condition revell stock frame. i will push for legal action if i do not recieve payment soon as i feel i am not being unfair in any way. the sale did take place on this forum yes and thanks for all the help people, toby
