hey well it may seem odd to people but i tried it and i can ride using both hands (either left or right hand on the lever, not both at the same time!) dont worry about what other people do, its a personal preference to you, if you feel more confortable, then try it, i prefer my left, just from riding so long now, but then again i did break all the bones in my right hand so its not as strong, try it mate, see what you think. toby

right at the end of the day, we all participate in one of the most bike demanding sports there is, sure downhill ishard but the frame doesnt get subjected to the same forces they do in trials, neither do the brakes. maggies wil break, i have broke 3 2005 levers personally, but hey you have to live with it, who can hand on heart say they have never boken once componenet then?? one personal is not an exception, its a rarety, because any lever could break..!! my friend has got a red lever, i have ridden it and i love it, slightly longer to the fel so more leverage, nicely machined, im not sure about that soft alloy talk, they are made from the same stuff the boosters are apparently from talking to other certain people. toby

hey, well all i c an say is that if koxx go "here toby, have this on us" id take it. i think it looks awsome, a new concept can only be tried and hay if its crap and falls to pieces, then its shit, but really how many of us have had koxx xtp and the likes and they have fallen apart...?? certainly not me i really like it and hey if it ever goes on the market, then i might get one.... toby

if you were to have someone professionally spray your frame for you, then look at about the 80 mark. this is including full preparation. alternativly, find a professional car sprayer, and wait for the next batch of powerdercoating, and if there is any pain left over, ask them to do your frame, this works as long as you dont really mind to much what colour. toby

get a piece of jap crap... get a nissan 200sx, a newer one, good condition, they fly and you can get two 26 bikes in them, proven. toby

well john mate, there is me, retired at the moment due to two consecutive dislocations in my knee, but i will be back to whip all your candy asses....just joking. il take you to one of the brighton rides i do some time, with nick dan and alex, theres always hundreds of riders aroung and in hove too. just go to worthing, go to splash point and wait. theres always riders down there every day. toby

hey there, im going to be building up a brand new bike soo and am probably going to be getting those koxx fluro green rims, not the bright yellow ones. i was just wondering if anybody had any pics of these rims or them on a bike before i totally commit myself and buy them. cheers people, toby

heya mate if you are having joint problems, take it from me, get it sorted out as soon as possible. i am out of riding at the moment, i dislocated my knee after experiencing some pain whilst riding which infact was a ligament going laxed (i have strong legs aswell) but it dowsnt matter how strong your legs are as i found out. go and see a physiotherapist as it could be a sinple stretched ligament or get a bit more serious like a tear in the cartilidge, i remember my doctor saying that knees do two things, stop us from falling over and hurt, wish you all the luck mate because i know what its like but ill be out again in a month!! toby

hey there, i have recently bought my car for when i start driving in spetember this year, and have now purchased my body kit for it aswell. now i have done alot of spray work before on my own but i was wondering if it is possible to spray a car by hand, obvoiusly not adviseable and also does anybody know how much spray shops would cost to do a standard black spray on an astra?? any help apprediated. regards, toby

heya people, well just thought i would update, i have now been in contact with adam and he has sent me the first £100 in cash throughn the post which i sucessfully received. he has certain circumstances that have to be taken into account of at the moment and i now understand why he has not been in touch, but anybody else with a problem, talk to him but be reasonable (you wouldnt be anything else) and he will work with you and help you. i am now well on the way to receiving the rest of my money and we have arranged a method of paying me back. regards and thanks for all the help people, toby

hey there people, well just an update, adam vince never got back to me, theres no excuse so i am taking him to the police. we are in the process of informing them officially by letter with police advice on whats happening next and i hope that everytone on here takes action against him for all the scamms he has done. whats coming for him is what he deserves. cheers for all the help people and by the way, that phone number doesnt work and i think he is ex-directory. toby

hey ash, thanks for that mate, i did try and get hold of him, it just kind of became less of a priority for a month, i was in hospital with a shattered knee! i still tried to get him. i can't f***ing believe that he sold that t-pro when he said it was mine, my dads seen all this now and believe me he's not happy. He's thinking of going round there tomoz nite with me and him and my mums fitness trainer (like 6ft and bloody strong) and talking nicely to him. im sticking to the 20th. i have sent him a letter confirming it and if by the 20th i still do not recieve anything, then we begin the court route. cheers people, toby

i had one of these on the back of one of my first trials bikes they were fine once they were bedded in (which took about a year!) but never super grabby and they always rubbed because they are floating systems. for that price though mate, try it, i wouldnt reccomend it with all the stuff thats now available. i dont think you understand mate we were originally swapping my 2 frame kits for a full build top spec t-pro and such. we had agreed to post them both on a monday morning so that they would get to each other at the same time. he then told me he had posted it but erhn 2 days later told me it had been stolen when i aksed where it was. I then went through questioning him about why he had said that he had posted it and he disappeared. i had no contact atall from him. i tried e-mailing him, msn, phone, nuthing happened. i kept on his tale and then put this topic on the forum threatening legal action, he then suddenly came back!! he then agreed with me to make the payments on a weekly basis and apparently sent the money through the post to me. it never arrived so again i went back on his tale and now 9 weeks down the line i have nothing again. i have e-mailed and called but again no response. i will get my £500 he owes me. thanks people for all the help. toby

yeah that is whats kind of happened. i set him dates throughout the last 8 weeks and he has broken them but blaimed it on not being able to get on the computer. Somehow, i think not. i will do what you have said. i have his address (well its got to be one of two) and i will go round and talk to the parents but failing this i have got no choice but to take it further. he does owe me £500 now, he said that he had it a few weeks back but now it has just gone again!. cheers people, toby
