  1. Cool! Can't wait to see the edited video from the day - I think I got some good footage.
  2. We need to ride together more Scott! Drop me a line when you're next out.
  3. I remember seeing Damon Watson do it - in the rain. LOL.
  4. I will be there. Been off the bike for 6 months and just at the tail end of my knee operation recovery period - so riding won't be great Be great to see some familiar faces though.
  5. That's really surprising. I thought at least one bike team would get through. Still for 2 of the 4 that entered to get to the final 150 is a good achievement. At this stage, the chaps are feeling it was a hell of a lot of time, effort and waiting and aren't particularly interested in doing it next year. I say, wait and see It's been a good experience that we might do better with a second time around.
  6. I think joined the launch48.com guys, which involved braindstorming and drinking I'm going to blog about it now and post it tomorrow AM. Still very tired due to the noise that elevator made all night :@ :@ Any news on Trials Display?
  7. Well, as far as I could tell - Trials Display and Think Bikes were the only two to get through to the last 150. We didn't get though and haven't heard from the Trials Display chaps -- all the best to them Will blog about it when I've sobered up
  8. Weren't allowed to wear branded tops... they made us cover up the ".com" on thinkbikes.com. But our act is called Think Bikes, and our bikes have thinkbikes.com and there was thinkbikes.com on the back of our t-shirts too. So it was kind of futile
  9. Cheers Simps - we are thinking along the same lines I thin But I think this chap hadn't read the whole thread and was rather responding to the first post. Especially as Steve Roger and Tom Rankin are both Tarty Riders too. LOL. It's certainly going to take lateral thinking to get through to the next round!
  10. Hey Guys, Just finished in Birmingham - Three Votes of YES, so we're through to the next stage. Find out February if we're through to the LIVE shows (oo err!).
  11. Yes, we are through to the next stage - as somebody else mentioned above (not me!). Andrei told me he wasn't involved with BGT and I've never had him down as the lying type, so I assume he's not?
  12. No, still not been given the go ahead to talk about it! You'll know when I have
  13. We were told we weren't allowed to publicly announce it - which is why we haven't
  14. Ideal for T-F readers I would have thought
  15. Always good to get feedback! Feel free to e-mail me any improvements you'd like to see next year
  16. As a proportion of the number of people at the event it wasn't The song is by Brad Sucks, Dropping Out of School http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/31187
  17. Having limited resources doesn't mean you can't be professional Thanks for the kind words - certainly makes the long nights worth while! I'll be sure to keep you all informed of how it goes
  18. I am! You can sponsor me here: https://www.movember.com/uk/donate/donate-d...&country=uk
  19. Thank you We do try, but with limited resources - it's very hard work!
  20. Yeah, that would give him more future compatibility if he bought a new machine and just wanted to move the drive across. I still think the external drive idea is the best
  21. That's why I said "it might suggest". Still makes sense to check before going down that route, wouldn't you agree?
  22. If he's on IDE atm, it might suggest he doesn't have any SATA ports. So you'd need to check that first.
