  1. I love rocks/logs natural. Not a big fan of edging my way up mud banks... But I really do feel it's almost like a different sports when you do natural.
  2. http://www.thinkbikes.com/gallery-view/lon...treet-july-2008 I'll annotate them later
  3. Indeed. When/If you get back on a trials bike, you can lead the way
  4. These are good fun to ride actually. Uses different muscles too
  5. I'll be turning up it seems. Although I can't gaurantee how tired I'll be, or how knackered my bike will be!!
  6. I think that's a little pricey. It's second hand and you have no idea what the previous rider was like. It could die within 6 months (it WILL if you put a rear disc on it). Also, as much as I loved my Orange Zero, you'll probably learn quicker with a more modern geometry. Throw a few hundred more at it and you could buy a complete bike....
  7. I think I spend more time cropping and rotating than I do taking them. lol
  8. It's always evolving I changed the colour scheme a while back and a few other tweaks. The gallery system is entirely new.
  9. Good technique will only get you so far. If you're not in physically good shape - you'll really struggle to do with your body, what you're thinking with your mind.
  10. Why would anyone slate you for it? It really is a lovely frame to ride. I found Bessel's perfect for doing front wheel moves - just feels spot on. Everything felt effortless on it. Problem I have, is because I have two bikes - any changes I make, I have to make to BOTH. So £800 might seem a lot to you, but it's double that for me
  11. You'd think that, but that was entirely ad-lib!
  12. http://www.thinkbikes.com/in-the-media/ We were interviewed at the York Cycle Show a few weekends ago, and I've recorded it and put it online for anyone who is interested. It's quite tricky to be articulate when you're live on the radio If anyone has any newspaper clippings, please do send me a scan/picture of them!
  13. Rob seems to think these are a re-post, but I'm not sure. The timestamp on these? 13th June 1999. And yet, I don't consider that bike to be old school - it has a small bash guard for one! These aren't too long after each other - despite the radical change in bikes. That blue frame was a Saracen, and the silver is a Mission - way before the reefers came about. That was my first dual disc bike - and I never looked back! That was also the first demo team I ever rode for. Fond memories! We were sponsored by Senacre Cycles of Maidstone.
  14. I run them on both my bikes and I've not had a problem. But Tall_Rob (my house mate) seems to either snap them or get them creaking like crazy really easily. I'm not saying what I'm saying to put you off the Urbans - I think they are good forks (if a little flexy). It was more a point of saying, perhaps the Neons aren't that bad. However, I would still steer clear of the Neon's because I've not heard great things about the brand as a whole, and Urban's are fairly tried and tested, so you know where you stand!
  15. The quality on those don't look much worse than the Urbans - ever seen the welding/build quality up close? They do the job, and I like the way they feel, so I ride them - but I'm not all that convinced on their strength!
  16. I've wasted most of my day today because of it.
  17. Well, it wouldn't run under Wine on Linux. I haven't tried it in Virtualization (yet).
  18. Me too. They have taken the original and just made 100 times better. Online scoreboards, replays at multiple camera angles? Awesome fun!!!
  19. I just noticed this pop up on my Steam account: http://storefront.steampowered.com/v/index...amp;AppId=16600 It's a fully 3D trials game and it looks awesome. I'm just downloading it now to give it a try
