  6. this will eventually test my faith..... riding happy or ended with broken teeth...... 2 Hope pro4 passed away and was much worried when that happened on a relatively gap with snakes in between....
  7. What I am after as well is the material used. As of 7075 T6 for the shell, that should be tougher than 6061 (hopefully I am correct).
  8. there should be, I got this 135 x 10 bolt-on.... besides there are ways to convert those just like the other hubs....
  9. bought from Taobao, I am currently working in Macau. There should be Extention Dealers in Europe. Or try in their instagram page https://www.instagram.com/p/CxkoKrdBDvt/?img_index=1
  10. i got positive vibes from Johnny of Hope.....
  11. I am not sure if Hope will STILL cover this for warranty. I did claimed for the first time, Hong Kong Authorized Dealer was cool.... But did not expect the same failure with the replacement hub....
  12. The steel outer ring slips within the hub shell, right? Like with your first one? YES Is the hub shell cracked? NO Who laced the wheel? Reputable Bicycle shop here What was the spoke tension? not sure but I asked the shop to lace the spoke professionally, since the charge is a bit pricey....
  13. absolutely, YES.... first Hope hub lasted about 1 year and 7 months... this second one is about 8 months... Iit is funny because, years ago I was 3kg heavier than this year and nothing much have changed on my riding skills....
  14. This will be my last use of Hope hubs..... not even a year and it almost make me hug the ground.....

  16. yes! I am currently working in Macau and just few hours ago i saw some of these levers in chinese online second-hand market. Just needs to be patient, mostly chinese language (google translate to help), a pair of levers only were less to find. And I saw one, hope it is still available until I got my money... with exactly the same caliper I am using too...
  17. so pretty looking...... i will definitely search for those kind of levers..... Hopefully a price that won't make my wife bench-vise my balls....
  18. I was on shigura setup previously shimano deore m615 then to MT500 those were ok until I have tried that long blade lever classic maggie more leverage really felt good, good bite at lesser finger power. I have small hands being typical small person, I am also looking forward on those classic long lever blades from shimano and still searching....
  19. This is what I currently use. Though due to aging, some parts were already started to show oil leaks. Anyone can suggest, performance wise and some reliability....
  20. I am currently using the classic MT2/MT4 (BAT) levers and it felt so good due to its long lever blade compared to my shigura. Few days ago I started to see some oil leak near the clamp and started to prepare before the worst happens. I was thinking if I go with this MTSix, some parts of my old levers will be compatible (hopefully) or move on to new versions? Cheers!
  21. I am 167cm, with 90mm stem... Still rides totally crap.... thinking about 80mm but can't find good stem yet....
