So far in my half term I've spent it at school for the production. It's a good laugh though (It's stage crew work) But i have been living on pot noodle and cuppa soup (all we have is a kettle) I was meant to ride yesterday, but I had to go into school. It's a faster browser than IE. Very good, use it loads. But mine goes a bit weird sometimes and will come up with the 'this programme has performed illegal thingy' but i think thats just becuase i have a sh*t computer. Marc :S

I've hurt my back in pretty much very way possaible. I done my hip/whole back/neck in while learning how to back wheel. That hurt a lot, I couldnt stand up, I just fell to the ground. I had to use the bike to walk. I learnt a lesson that day.... not to ride by myself. But just keep streching an use muslce stuff. Marc :P

I'm looking at pimping up the old bike with a few carbon fibre products. So far I've got onza carbon fibre bars, soon to be getting RB lever and a onza carbon fibre booster, but I can't think of much else to change to carbon fibre. Can you please give me some ideas on what carbon fibre products I should get. Cheers Marc :P
