following on from this thread http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=101498 ive just got the wheel from the address it was delivered to, its got no sprocket which it says its comes with, the tyre is muddy, the rim you can clearly see where a brakes been used, the rim its self is covered is silver overspray, and the hub ends you can clearly see wher its been used. so ive paid for a new wheel, thats clearly 2nd hand, ment to come with a rear sprocket, it hasnt, it got sent to the wrong address and it was 2 days late.. what am i ment to do now? any ideas?

any of you guys got a 12T rear sprocket i can buy, despratly need one for my mod bike.. reply asap

im fidning this hard to get my head round at the moment so bare with me... i oredered a wheel from supercycles monday monrning... rang them up mid day to make sure they got the order and that it would be sent 1st class they said yes it will be with me tuesday. so all was good, also rang the other 2 places i ordered stuff from make sure everything was ok etc. tuesday 1st thing postman knocks on the door, brill my diskbrake from trials-uk! very happy then around 11am another courier comes, all my stuff from tarty bikes came so again i was over the moon, thinking only the back wheel and i can ride again!! get to 4pm no wheel, so confsed i rang supercycles to find out where it was... after a bit of searching on the computer... oh it wasnt sent... i said well i was told i would have it, he said sorry bout that it will be sent tomorow, so i said i wanted it sending now so i recieve it tomorow or i want a refund so he sorted that and got it sent, so today i moved my jobs around and sat waiting for my wheel so i could finally ride my new bike.. gets to 10:30 (i know its only early) but i rang to make sure all was fine. he said its in transit etc) so still waiting for it all excited i checked the bike over made sure everything was set up etc, by this time it was dinnertime so got some food etc had a little mess about and 2:30 comes, so again ring up find out what the tracking number and address was... to be told the address is totaly wrong!! they used my girlfriends postcode (billing address) and my house number!! so again he said he will try sort it and let me know. i ring back at 3:45 to find out its been delieverd and the people at the wrong address have signed for it. so now all supercycles can do its try to get parcelforce to go back tomorrow and pick it up etc!!! to say im mad is an understatment at the moment. im going to try get it my self but there is no one in at the address its at!

any DIY shops sell longer bolts? B&Q or the likes?

ive got them but the little black grub screw things dont fit, any ideas what else can be used?

they are 20mm long, they just didnt seem to go very far in... dont want to rip the threads out thats all

just been putting my new maguras on, the bolts seem really really short, like 4/5 threads screwed in and they are tight... any one know where i can get some bolts the same just longer?

took a pic of everything... dosent do any harm wheel should be laced correctly though, i did it how i was told to ( 2 cross none disk side, 3 cross disk side)

well alot of my stuff arrived today! thanks to tartybikes for most of it and their nice fast turn around time - excellent service from these guys! also thanks to Trials-UK who didnt have the brake instock i was after, so instead of keeping me waiting did me a deal on a louse!!! excellent service also only thing im waiting on is a rear wheel ordered from supercycles, that they failed to send out (even though i was told it would be sent out yesterday) its gettin sent tomorrow now!!!!) - amazing anyway heres some pics, haven't bothered building it yet because im majorly pissed off that i haven't received the back wheel! so i couldn't ride it even if i wanted to.. and the wheel built (all ive done to it today lol) very happy with all the bits ive recieved, love it all just gutted i cant used it untill thursday :(

just got all my bits but not 100% sure on the wheel build it says 3 cross disk side 2 cross non disk side any one got a pic of the pattern to start me off lol? bit confused

is the disk clean and set up properly? i would try some proper brake cleaner from halfords or the like, might be some grease or summat on the pads/disk

if so where you guys get it from?

cheers for that mate, good of you, ive built a few wheels before, so i should manage it. only got 1 wheel to build also so not to bad at all. fingers crossed i will manage, but cheers for that, nice to know theres people willing to help out

stealth, not to fussed about the little things like BB's etc, they can be changed later. i didnt want to spend over £1000 i got this lot for £900 odd so it worked out pretty good this way

a while ago when i used to bleed with water, a few people used oil like WD40 etc because it so damn thin! i remember reading on here ages ago that some people got some really good results, could be worth a try?

well after 2 years of not riding again ive decided to start again and a few mates are as well! today ive ordered all the bits to build my own bike up! should all be here tomorrow! to say the least i cant wait!
