  1. ill be making the trip more often as it is a great place to ride in general! but with the added skate park it shall make it a lot better. I will be seeing you very soon matey great news!
  2. he's one of the lucky ones matey!! i have been signed up since august 2005 and still no luck as of yet!! hmm to answer your question matey im sure there are plenty of riders in all big areas of the uk the big areas are mainly London, Brstol and a few other places. When we go for a trip somewhere different to ride we always meet a few local riders from the area. The only downside is that London is quite expensive to live in!
  3. i recently baught a new GU Typhoon i absolutely love it to bits it rides amazing the brakes are spot on and everything is great. The only thing i disslike about the bike is that when i sidehop i hit my ankle on the rear brake as the bottom bracket is quite high, but i am currently changing my style to get around this problem!
  4. tighten every bolt up and wipe away any excess fluid that has arisen there. Press the brake lever to feel if its slow and weak. If so it will need to be re blead which is generally the case, but on occasion you might get away with it as there might be enough fluid left inside to have enough pressure. I would also recomend bleeding the brake with water instead of fluid as it reacts a lot quicker than brake fluid.
  5. Forever breaking the damn things its because they make them so small and flimsy!! i slap the phone into my bag now to prevent accidents. best way matey!
  6. i recently purchased this frame and it rides lovely so im definately got the thumbs up to purchasing one matey and yeah your specifications should be apliable!

  8. o i gotta big up tarty bikes i ordered a load of parts about 4 weeks back and everything come in a neat box on time and everything was correct and the advise and friendlines of staff was great well reccomended!
  9. 3 years back i ordered a orange zero frame from them i waited nearly 4 months and ended up changing the order to a brisa b24d as i didnt think the zero would ever come!
  10. hmm thats a good shout! i have never thought of using that. the energy drink Kick in tesco is amazing on the rim. drop a few drops on the rim and leave for a fe wminutes to dry and it should work like magic. The only downfall to this is that it doesn't last very long!
  11. jesus mate i know how your feeling, still in shock and dont know how to react! really bad news mate, not nice to hear something of that magnitude occuring! my thoughts are with you and your family buddy take it easy!
  12. i used monty brake spray when i am lining up a trick that could go terribly wrong so you need a solid brake e.g. railings, large gaps etc! if you are riding smaller things i would just set the brake up nicely using a 4 bolt method if possible then a light bit of tar with a tidy pad and you ll be fine matey! monty brake spray is quite strong to be honest!
  13. too many to chose from matey their are awesome riders in the uk Neil tunnicliffe, craig lee scott, matt staples, rowan jones, damon watson, TRA the list goes on and on. The reasons are obviously power, magnitude of moves, the lines and flow of their riding and their imagination on riding!
  14. hmm id put a bit more tension on the brake matey maybe move it up a notch! definately a new cable with plenty of lubricant on whilst going through the plastic protection! then it shall work lovely jubbly!
  15. i have just purchased a gu typhoon which i have rode all of once! it runs lovely so im very happy. Components such as magura, gu, try all, chris king, hope, fatty forks!! etc etc
  16. i currently baught the front and rear try all rims matey and they run lovely, but as with all drilled rims your gonna have strength issues!
  17. god matey you think GCSE is hard try BENG degree!! i got : GCSE: Maths A English lit B English Language C Geography A Business Studies A Welsh A Science A,A Design Technology B Drama B Maths A LEVEL- C Economics A Level- C Design Technology- D now im in university at swansea studying motorport engineering and design bloody hell its hard!! already had 6 assignments and a around 4 exams already!!
  18. i would have payed to have seen a woman panic and speed off leaving his arse on the floor! can you imagine someone doing that to you. I would absolutely ruin them! if vaseline is needed so be it!!
  19. jesus shows how old school my arse has become!!
  20. obviously it was a mates car otherwise he would have sped off! or he would have got out chased him down and brutally raped him !!! if it was big i would be congradulating but to me it looked poo and he nearly knocked a load of bistanders over! PLONKA!!!!
  21. gotta be the legendary mavic d521 for strength matey they take a absolute punding till they break!
  22. you had me thinking for a minute there as i just baught one of these babies! i didnt know that you could buy them in black then i read the custom paint! what do you think of the ride so far buddy?
  23. i have been very lucky in the past 6 years of trials! i fell off on thursday quite nastily on the new bike where the rear brake rolled out so i ended up on my side on the corner of a wall! i have cut my testicles on a wall after my middleburns snapped leaving my nuts crunching on the gear clips! few sprains and pulled muscles here there and everywhere, but if you know your ability, trust your bike and wear your safety clothing you shouldnt have too many problems in the sport!
