  1. Though you said ''I hope you fall of your chair and then your mother falls on your head'' What sprung to mind was that elethant that sat down on that bloke and his head went up it's as...agh long day bets be a CRT moniter not TFT
  2. Got bought a MBUK and came with vid Getta Grip (still got it, old VHS). Had the marts in there doing it and some dude on a sliver bike with yello Maguras and a white t-shirt. Kinda sold it to me. Thats way back in 1998 i think it was...feck i can't remeber that far back now and i'm oo old to aprehend it but i ride trials cos it's a sense of blance and control in life and on a bike, mete some good people, have a laugh, wicked buz and adrelin rush, keeps me fit, somethign to splash me cash on..set my self challanges and can only hurt my self if it goes wrong or i go to fast, harsd and hard at soemthing as to say being piussed off behind the wheel of a car, clean you head should you be pissed off etc
  3. Why a king skips - they overload it with lube, you have to strip it clean it, ride it to bed it in. Job done Fear - you worry about you brakes, bolts snapping, lines blowing, pad shearing, well dont worry about you king. Send it to tarty he'll tune it for trials. Mines okay but i need to lube it up but fully strip it again....so maybe lastter in the week
  4. Okay so today i gutted her. Axle, HD, fun bolt, bearing coler with bolt. Axle was cracked in less than a week from new. Well it was 3''down now it's all the way to the bearing coller, hehe. So i just cleaned it and the color thread and it works now. Hub was an i'll bit black on the inside, so clean and tuned it up. Bearings had packed down and out so lubed back up. I didn't fully gut her, drive ring out a si wasn't in the mood a si had disc issue to sort...but it works now...but the problem is most defo the axle. Not had problems with HD's untill now but std ones all the time.
  5. Having major haterid toward my Chris King Single Speed rear currently. It's not old, only got it sumemr thus year off Fatmike (Y) It's been trial tweaked and fully bedded in. Now when it came to the tweaking w enoticed the axle had cracked...full length Now the bearing adjst cone keeps coming lose cos it's wank..well it's not but it's got a mind of tit's own..bastered thing. Been out tonight rididng it cos it was a cool ride and i really tested and pused me self knwoing doing the 8ft drops etc i was she could be waiting to go BANG!!!!!!!!! at any given time...she skiped, coughed, bitched and winged but she stayed good...probs cos totmrow im gonna gut her up. So full report back then but besides that has anyone eles got issues with there kings? My hd went in a weke after getitng the hub! I've sene a few King issues come up lately and wandering has standerds slipped. Soz for random post but it's all good man, boy, women, etc. Pete

Shall see when 400 contacts are online with it though as that hwen i found it to be shit It's till 7.5 but with review update it says Duno if you can get it off there site directly or not but yeah there you go
  7. Cos Deng now pretty much owns and controls the market i'd say so if he has all thes eout there and it's costing him very little to make which it is then he can sell lower but knowing he'll get the sales...cleaver man but very underhand and will be the death of the market you bet
  8. The 06 is no diff to to the 05 bar this high bb lark It's been chnaged now to £285 which is a fing good deal and was probs just a mistake..man them boys are open late 10pm!
  9. Think you not get it mate. Everything eles is sub £300 yeah thats 05 and 06 on tartybikes yet there 06 Pitbull is £399 but why is more the point
  10. 2006 Zoo Pitbull, Why isit £399 when all the new 2006 stuff from Dengs little whore house under or just over £300?? Anyone?

  12. The more you the more it'll work and bed in. If you get it wet and bome along and then stoppie it it can get it working faster..but you'll be better off draggging it along as you ride and down big hills
  13. Yes yes yes we KNOW and thats it's @ brum NEC :D Use the SEARCH function, it'll save me and other mouthing off at you and get you vlaidated faster mate
  14. Wana bet you can't get it here . . . . ?? I see he once had a GU mod frame listed but not a full Mod bike. How can you say it cost £900...your yet to be billed by your credit card poeple or mummy & dady's they add a charge for it being used out of the uk you know and exchange rate of what they use is to be played on. So £100 GBP in postige yeah...100.00 GBP United Kingdom Pounds = 177.586 USD United States Dollars, current exchnage rate is 1.00 GBP United Kingdom Pounds = 1.77581 USD United States Dollars No way does it cost $170 odd $ to post a bike to the uk. It costs us £37.31 max for a 32KG parcle tothe USA via air on Royal mail. You don't have to pya any customs out ether and insurnace would be £15 tops I can't check states side as Tims site has gone down it seams and ups need a post code to work it out. No way doe sit cost £170 You've been had man and really badly
  15. Lumps of pete's poo go for £100
  16. dude you have been ripped f**king off what the f**k have you ordered
  17. 7 - 10 working days is what a bike would take air freight i'd say However this bird flu epidemic has caused an issue with all custome units. I know for stuff from China it's got a 10 day holding period for saftery so maybe 20 days max If by land/sea you'll be looking at month I'd say it's been sent UPS/US AM and will probs be HMS Mount Pleasent er and then Parcle force at you door with a sheet of paper then your gotta go to local post office to coollect it and pay a big cahrge of customes...about £100+ i'd say
  18. it'll probs be as shit as the 2005 one. heled in some dump that smell of cow shit
  19. Dude the return/enter key is you best friend. Start a-using her/it now okay or manner wont like you. Cool pics, clear but bit far away. Whos the rider, bike, time rididng?
  20. Std mounting - thats on top of the stays, seatstays. ^ why---well my little friend, look at how the wheel turnss and the direction it does. When you lock up the back brake look where that laod on the brake has gotta go > yeah to the right as it be. So they stic em on top and then when you lock the brake up the force gos through the moutns and down the seat stay tubes. if they did them below, like some U brakes it's not gonna be as stiff and really flexy. Leeson one did a P3 frame one off with them mounted on the top of the Chainstays, thus worked the same as the normal manner for seatstays but they beeffed up the chainsatys a bit (thicker) and the fact there so close to a very soild object being the Bb shell as to the normal manner of a toptube which that are has loads of flex as to the bb unit. It was uber stiff but rim width your limted on unless you have uber wide BB's Discs, well top ripp off in trials Inbetween you got ether 2 or 3 ancor points, being seat and chainsatys or seat and chainsatys and dropouts (leeson)
  21. E-mails, phone calls have gone adrift mate sorting this all out and it's okay. I've said Tarty Pads are abck but havent said thats what there named have i...so really im not doing wrong but Adam has agreed, but as it says at the end of my POST MATT!!!
  22. No (to Xdream) and yes (to Tipsy Jock) but Adam has said it's cool to do so. Yes as it says Tarty blacks. There was only ever one type that you guys got to try and it worked 110% and thats what i'm using and making the pad with/out of.
  23. Ollie need you to msn me and i need your e-mail and full name as thus *pjalchemist@aol.com, Pete Wright* make it easyer when i come to dish em out and get number and names etc and well i dont wana clog up TF anymore than it already is! Pete
  24. Okay so you remember Tarty Pads.... right, black all one unit things that made such a wicked noise it's untrue. They gripped like hell and only cost 2 Burger King meals ''go large'' option. Well there back and I’m making them...or least that’s the case providing I get X amount of confirmed orders/interest in them. Got to make sure the market is there. So the deal is:- Tarty Blacks * £12 for a pair of Tarty Black Pad's * Including First Class postage * There fitted into brand new Power Pad backings for maximum clip life and safety!! * Designed for use on ground rims only! * Great sound, with sharp bite and tremendous hold, but still with amazing superb wear life and modulation is very good. * 10mm of pad to be used and abused Quoted by Tartridge says: - Update: Amount of lock (on a 47mm cheese rim) seems to exceed how much tension a KMC Kool chain can take when you’ve got a 13.5 stone fatty jumping on one pedal (Y) *BANG!!* ^Pretty cool eh!!! Wear rate seems bloody good. With a well set up brake (square/flat to the rim), 2 weeks of riding 3 or more times a week, 3 hours a run has produced wear of: Tarty Blacks worn rate Not very much at all. Most of this was due to the initial bed-in period. Pad reviews on the Tarty and others So if you want a set I need a YES or a NO You'll need to contact me via MSN and my addy is pjalchemist@aol.com You can also e-mail too if needs be. Really need X amount of confirmed orders/interest in them. Got to make sure the market is there and that I have waiting customers etc. I only want simple yes and no answers to htis no other stuff. Cheers Pete B)
