  1. He's yet to get a bike!!!! Dude get this bike, get some CRM's, Koxx REDS or Heatsink blues and then start tthinking outside the box
  2. I didn;'t dude. I mearly ouytline how the man can and should go about not killing him self. also saying i've made some will be doing a small run and if he wants he can tyr em out to use in his own ways thus not coping say a very good friends of mine Mr Steve heatsink
  3. You'd be better off 1st testing the glue and pad material that both hold in the backing and the fact they stop by spining up the wheel and putting the brake on fully lock and load. Til lthats 110% safe then move on to trying it with you on the bike. On the flat going alon will cary more force byt make sure you've a front working safe brake. Okay dude get me on msn, pjalchemist@aol.com we can talk more. Hope to have pads done in a month or so...
  4. In a very open enviroment cos melted rubber fumes will KILL YOU but then again with thes epointless posts it could be a vertu!! You'll have to gert an old stove, camping gas one, old saucpan and do it slowly in that but thats not how to do any of it. I'll be making some pads soon if you wana try them mtae, they'll stop you and will not fail under trials use.
  5. For once. Now only if they got rid of Bush we'd be a happyer and safer world let alone nation. Supergule creats a thermoreaction and you need that type of bond, rubber to plastic. Ploycement only bonds plastcis by melting them only.
  6. Depends onm what type of Superglue's he uses and then pad material like. Superglue is used for a very good reason.
  7. No idea what that BB is mate but have you tigthen them up properly?? Maybe tried some locktigth, blue not red as you do want to get these off again. If i'm right then your pedal aint even fitted with that part misisng. Ie the replaceable pedal thread. Yes you can get them as spears. tartybikes sort you out. I belive an Onza, Echo, Zoo bash will fit on. A FFW one or screw on type. You'll get differnt ISIS axles, M16 is out now, M12 and M15. the bolt head can be different. Probs just bets to try and if not LBS it. rember to do em up tight. Full body weight is a good thing on them but dont round the heads off or you'll be aunt buggad and it's not my fault. Good luck Martin. Pete
  8. Think about it, backing, glue, meat, knife, time and stuff. Copy a std pad?? 50x10x10mm Superglue, CA Have to try differnt materials
  9. yeah more weight backwards and push on the pedals, kinda stick you ass out as it is allowed thus time
  10. I did answer the question for silly boy but it's a big mistake to ask if anyone has dented it. That answer is more than likely 99.5% pre answered with yes you wanker as all frames get dented and most pretty much with in the 1st month of ownership from new.
  11. That case it'll be as soft as you matey. Frame will dent no matter what but it'll vairy to how hard you twat the dam thing and rider weight and speed and shit like and im not Enistine and it's Saturday and i have HANGOVER!!!!! If you take a block of soft chesse and smash it aganst a rail then a scafolding pole which will dent easyer?? MUPPET
  12. Dented - lol no frame is dent proff just like have you hit your head to ask such a stupied question! Sanpped - no not yet along with cracking 06 models are differnt 1075 i think check gu.com

  21. So it's gonna out last the 5 plus years of a hope?? Nah..................................... I wana get one just to blow the f***er up and laugh at the Chineses muppet but just to see if what he says is really true or not. I'm very unsure on it's relaitly. P.
  22. My f**king hair ass do they. If it's high strees then you use a super lowe 650*c heat to braze them on and really you should sliver solder them which is lots less hotter. No pashley, Curtis, Desalvo, Aust (some dude in aus makes steal frames), Batch (the do steal then a ti frame for testing), even Leeson have failed on there top tubes, seat stays due to a cable guide being put there. Road bike are super thin yeah, 0.97mm in places and they have them, both sliver soldered and brazed on yet they dont fail, higher speeds than us and just the same troqu and shear loads when in use...thats when there aplying power (all the time they are) round bends/corners
  23. It was on boys & girtls. I was in the 1st five mins. hehe Can't find anyhting on there web site www.bbc.co.uk/devon Had a few txt's and calls come through saying what im doing on there hehe. I got it on tape
