So what you snaped a few frames, could of been bad rididng and minor defects in materials. This is not what the subjects aboput and i now have full faith and trust in Onza's gear and they now look like trials bikes and Mikes on to a f**king winenr and i'll pat him on his back all the way home and buy the man a pint!

Hi Ben, no problems. Has to be a Hope Sport C2 leaver. C2 is just the top cap part, if you got an O2 Sport get a new top cap and it'll work on you maggy's. Has a 10mm piston with 70mm of pistion movement and the C2 caps is the tpa. You can use all std fittings and you need to have a barber fititng for the leaver a sto the olive and sleave nut. It's a must you have athe leaver totaly stripped and cleaned and new seals fitted if you to run it on mags so it's DOT 4 or 5.1 free. Mine was brand new lucky me. You also need to have a small rubber o-ring on the barber fititng at the leaver as it will leak ever blood were. Also got to be done up tight... To bleed you bleed up form the slaves as normal but you bleed it all throught then fit the C2 cap leaving the syringe to do it's thing. You got to fil lthe system air free of corse and let it over flow on the leaver. As you fit the top cap it should push the sysringe back a bit..thus is good. So wind the cap on and tigthen up not adjst sliver dial. Then you just push back on the syring a bit and make sure both slaves are full retratced. Undo syringe and fit bolt jobs done, wind on C2 cap till slaves move slightly and job done. It's very powerfull, more than RB mate I'm gonna be selling mine i think as i have an RB and hopeful and 05 monty rear brake coming, spilter the works, yay! Not too bad. It does flex but cos of the uber power of the leaver. I do have an XTR booster that Prawn drileld to 4 bolt for me. Jansin said his is fine with no booster but beings i have a 10mm piston with 70mm of pistion movement i get loads of flex. you think they grey....umm gloss black or highly poished till i get dropout done for my carbons then it'll be Coust looking... I don't need a front v, mag as i run disc so no probs there. Also they are gonan need ether a re-spray or to be highly polished. Tight wheel builds, Compresion under tensioner spoke tweaking. Thats pump tyre to 90psi and spray gt 85 on the nipples laods, tweak it up loads and stress it and tweak again, leave to dry and then rease air slowly and no more wheel movement. BB shell was not 100mm, bb was 100mm x 148 Ever noticed not sure if you have how on a pash with burns the taper is in the bb sehll?? Thats a bit of a clue on mine, oh also leeson have it too.

Alloy frame are thicker in place This was steal mind. 14G stuff so tough but no uber thick and heavy. I had a section taken out to fit the width of the tyre and tread i was running on my uber rim. 2.7 on 65mm wide rim! Umm yeah They were they changed and now it's a std size all the way along body with thiner bit. They were uber thin then went thick then thin then they stuck with one size being mixture The 5m is the point closte tothe center befor it goes down bb thiner and it's covered over the tread section dude. i had 1mm of tyre clearnce the whole time

Yeah center of dropouts to center of bb. BB did have a cut away, was a slot that was milled into it. BB might of had soemthing to as there 5mm between BB shell and BB so by that thats said Bt was 365 and i was cuttin ito my shell so i got 360 saying 1mm clearnce 364 but then i said i moded the bb so i could have 35x?!!! Yeah im gonna make a new one, this time 1115mm, loving longer frames, might go 1130mm
