It's been done mainly with STD MAGURA ones for the evo system. You can mod a EVO booster to fit the top 2 bolts of a 4 bolt system. You indeed can run 2 RB if you wish on you Zoo. You'll need longer bolts and some spacers. Use an old chain, split up and use the rollers as spacers. they fit the M4 bolts perfectly mate. The reason Zoo crack there is the frame weak there, metal fatige, over wleding/heat and well nothing to do with a booster cos if anyhting that just allows it to be pulled directly off now!

Yeah you can but the fatige rate is dier as these aluminum frames will have to be uber thin and then will flex laods like steal ones. Ti can be thin and light but lot less metal fatige and yeah some flex but ti you can work the flex out of it steal and alloy nope

Something i'd like to see 4 bolt clamps built into the frame, ie: lower base clamp being one unit of the frame, thus being a cnc part. Rear dropouts going DH bike style of bolt in. BB/yoke all one unit and 68mm being no more. 73 being what 68 is now and 85mm and more the main new std. Head tubes to stick at 1 1/8'' or go Onza style of being an internal but then running shit hot cups to run a std cuped 1 1/8'' headset BB rise in and 0 rise abolished Decent materials used More british built bikes or europen non maericans or ti or chinses (deng!!!!) 6061, 7075, HE30 i duno, depends what they got but it's a machine shop so it'll be very good and soild and hard ass stuff. If it's steal again bar stock, HR4, anyhting but it'll be strong as hell. Say 32mm from the center of the carbon tube, so thats 16.8mm for half the tube and 15.2mm so make it mm. 15mm of rake basicly Each leg is 33.6mm OD Width OD is 160mm Width ID between each leg for hub per say is 92.8mm So need the dropouts to space over 13.6mm from the dead center of each carbon tube on both sides to make it 100mm between each. 75mm is the height/deepth/length of the dropouts that carbon tube will be sititng in. It can be less than 75mm if you wish but no less than 44.45mm Oh by the way i think a cool little ''OD404'' on the side of em would set em off a treat and if you did do them and i was able to have em made er i'd get it done.
