We've used 4 routers to date and they all do different things. Linksys would be fine and then the internet connection would drop down, it would still work, but slow with a 1.5 second ping. Netgear looses internet conection, and sometimes all the wireless comps get disconected from the router. The belkin was good apart from the internet phones not working well and nothing with java would work for more than 2 mins. The wired linksys was the only one that worked but we need wireless. I tried taking all the network card down to 10mb, that didn't work. It makes me think it's got something to do with the modem as that's the only thing i think it could be.

No real limit on spending. I just want a bike i'm happy with. And the czar is such a god deal.
-
I don't know who's worse, me for originally posting this, or everyone else taking it so seriously. I really don't.
-
I'm up deciding weather i have £350 to spend on bike bits.
-
Has anyone ever snapped a flatland frame doing flatland before?
-
Oh i've just spotted the czar on tartybikes. Anyone want to buy me it?
-
I don't like short frames. As far as i'm aware a lot of the new frames - zoo and echo don't have rear disc mounts, but i'll go look now.
-
So I've had 4 frames in the god knows how many years I've been riding. Da bomb then onto the t-lite, then i found they were both too short for me when i got the echo team (the big holey head tube one). Now I've got the cqueinereere which i really don't like, so much so i never learn't how to spell or pronounce the name of it. Anyway i may be selling it seeing as someone wants it buy i don't know what to replace it with. It needs to be long - especially in the stays, must be able to take a bashplate and a rear disc. But not overly pricey like anything from koxx. I'm thinking the GU ST, but the wheelbase puts me off, i loved the feel of my old echo and i think that was 1030mm wheelbase so there's quite a difference. So is there any other frames i'm missing off the list, or is the gu for me? Thanks guys!

Fair enough. I'll go make another topic. Just kidding. (feel free to close)

I did study statistics. If there was a no option, and yes got 20% people would think that no one would want inur for SM. When in fact 1 out of every 5 members is quite a good ratio, but doesn't look it from the polls we're used to seeing. I don't think members of TF would click yes just to feel a part of something. If a person is going to look at a poll with one option, and then see the 100% next to it, and then conclude that 100% of the people on the forum want this option, then they probably don't have the intelligence to get past the registration for the forum.

Modem logs says: Sun Jan 18 22:03:35 2009 Sun Jan 18 22:03:35 2009 4 Warning (5) 66060510 Map Reject - Downstream Traffic Flow Not Mapped to BPI+ SAID ... Fri Jan 16 19:00:17 2009 Fri Jan 16 19:00:17 2009 1 Warning (5) 68010300 DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response Could this be the reason for the disconnects as it's happening with every router?
-
I used FP cams on my echo with a profile, tight fit, but never really had any problems at all. Will the frame not bend out at all?
-
I've given up trying to maintain any kind of positive reputation on this forum - if irritating and annoying is the worst people can call me then that's not bad, but if it's not doing inur any favors (can't see why not though, about 50 people agree he should be an SM) then close it.
-
Depends how you look at it. If i'd have put yes, no and don't care. The people who'd pick no and don't care would be over whelming, and people would focus on the % rather than the actual number of people who picked yes. Haha, wondering when someone was going to bring that up. I'm not gonna be one of those people who say 'i don't want to me a SM' because everyone does no matter what they're saying. But i'm never going to be, i'm too unpopular, especially in the views of a lot SM's and mods - and probably by a lot of the most influential members. What irritates me though is when i suggest things and people think it's a means of me trying to become an SM, even though everyone including me knows that it's never going to happen.

Peope didn't have to vote. Well Mark (i'm guessing, it's usually him) added 'no' it completely messed up the poll as now it's 85.4% voting yes, which is incorrect because 'no' was only added half way though making the results a false positive loosing all credibility. I didn't see any point in adding no because it's a thread to see who wanted him in, not who didn't. 45 (or whatever number has been reached) is pretty good i think, but then again it's pretty useless when it's not compared to 'who wants member x for SM' who may have got 200 votes. However from what I've read it seems like some kind of system is going to be put in place anyway so roll on that - if it is that.
-
Oh i know who you mean now. I don't do real names. This topic is just about getting inur in. Not anyone else out. But yeah to be fair, nearly 40 people have voted yes. Must be pause for thought?
-
Who? And boon? I thought boon stopped using the forum ages ago.
