That is true, the majority of his orders will be fine, but how many of these kind of topics do we get about tartybikes? I think I've seen one since tartybikes first opened, which was cleared up very quickly. We don't know how many customers trials uk gets so it's impossible to work out a % of good orders to bad order, but there's been that many topics over the last few months i don't think it really matters. You take a diarrhea dump in a bucket of water, imagine how much water you'll need to add to that to make it taste like water again. And even then you still wouldn't drink it. You can't doubt that this is appalling service and Dan has replied to some topics and said he's going to get it all sorted and things seemed to have got worse. This is a privately owned forum so there's nothing stopping a sticky been made to warn people that there has been a lot of very dissatisfied customers. At least 80% of the forum would agree, and it would be removed once things picked up - if they ever do. I just think one of the most popular trials websites isn't putting out a warning to this shit service (so bad people aren't ever getting refunds when they obviously should) is just wrong.
