I really want to enter comps but my only trouble is getting there. I don't feel intimidated by anyone really, i love to ride to the challenge and if i bugger up on something easy then you can just laugh it off. If everyone did everything perfect every time what would be the point in the competition we'd all end up with 0 dabs. I'm really looking forward to passing my driving test then i can drive to some of the events but still won't be that easy. :) Moving to Leeds next year for 3 years whilst I'm at Uni so don't know what effect that will have on me been able to get to the rounds but hopefully it will give me people to go with, (Mike, Tim, James and Kev thats directed at you :P :ermm: ) Really want to take up comp riding though!! Hopefully in the near future i will :) Danny

Yeah they are building a jumping section aswell. Theres been a few jumps there for a while now hidden away on a sidetrail but they aren't very good, can't wait for the rock section, apparently it's going to be huge like Pawthcawl, or so my brother was told. :o At the moment you need to pay to enter the forest trails but it isn't much or you can get a season ticket like me :) Danny

Ok, my brother went to Dalby Forest today to do some XC riding and found out that they are currently building a huge rock trials ground supposedly like Pawthcawl!! It's been funded by Pace and should be finished in a few months time hopefully. I haven't seen any pictures or anything, so far this is all i know. If anyone else has herd anything then let us all know. For those of you that don't know where or what Dalby Forest is ill explain. :) It's a huge Forest, which covers hundreds of acres on the southern slopes of the North Yorkshire Moors. If NTL is your ISP (internet service provider) and you are currently paying £17.99 for 300k speed you are entitled to the upgrade to 1mb for the same price and if your currently on 1mb your entitled to 2mb for the same price that your currently paying. NTL say they are going to tell people in alphabetical order but if you ring them up they do it straight away :lol: Im being upgraded tomorrow :P Give them a ring! Danny
