I know ive missed the deadline, so probs wont get in, but im thinking/about to apply to do sports therapy, a 3 year course, im doing a years college course in it at the mo, so it seems the logical next step. Looking at, bedford,hertfordshire,worcester, and maybe, coventry, university collage birminham, and edge hill. Anyone have any reviews of that course, and those unis? Im still not 100% sure on going to uni, but my thinking is, my current course give me qualifications in sport massage, body massage, level 2 gym and health and safety, would you want some treating you who's got qualifications after a one year course, or a bachelors degree after a 3 year course? Plus all my friends say uni is an amazing experince and all recomend it. hmmmm

Its unlike any place Ive ever been, or every likely to go. Everythings so different out there. No such thing as road rules, just beep your way through traffic, and just close your eyes. Health and safety doesnt exist, lots of nice wires spread all over the floor of the arena, welding bare foot, and protecting there eyes, just by closing them along with locals climbing 15 metre platforms with no shoes on and no safety stuff. There seems to be lots of dirt ann poverty, but no one cares,. they just get on with life and are happy. Sw lots of stray dogs, cats, goats and a few cows. Foods good, cheap stuff, and they go nuts for trials!!!

You havnt seen the rest of the team, scary looking bunch Was an amazing trip, a great experience. The show was awsome, 10,000 people going nuts for you, feels good

Just thought I would post this bit of news up. On Monday the MAD team will be flying out to Mumbai, to perfrom a show at this years Tech fest 2010, part of the technoholix displays. Its a huuuuge event, and im very excited about going, and scared! (Is it a coincidence they just started showing all the documentarys about slums in mumbai?) There are 5 riders going along with Giles. So should be a good trip This Link and video should explain all Techfest

It was a good event, crazy riding as usual. But i didnt like the new format, yes it made it more entertaining, but really unfair for the riders and put too much emphasis on the race. For example, fuji and fajardo going out, and i know this sounds bad, but dabill being in the top 4, although he got 3rd fair n square in the final! Big up the brits, wiggy was unlucky though. Shows you dont need live halftime enterainment though, just stick a crazy vid on!

Ill be there with the parents and a mate. Should be mint, ten riders this year Got a new format aswell I've heard. Havn't been since 06 i think, so really looking forward to it. I'll take dannys place! I'll do a few wheelies and a skid, sorted!

Have a look on sealskinz.com. They specialise in winter/waterproof stuff and have looooads of gloves. Ive got a set of 'Mountain bike gloves' which are more for general MTB, and extreme cold, and also 'Full Finger cycle glove' Which are one of , if not the best gloves ive used,great padding and thin on the back, but still quit warm. Have a look about, like i say they've got a lot, so should be able to find something you like. Scott
