cant deny your a good rider...but you have some weird style like your gaps, you take off a foot away from the edge and sometimes jump a foot in the air in the final bounce. but if it works for you then thats fine, just looks a little weird thats all.
  2. love the seat bike looks good too, one of the better ones I have seen. The only thing I dont like about these frames is that they are too small, they would look a lot nicer if they had a longer seat tube
  3. theres more to a good bike than being nice on the back wheel, infact backwheel handling isnt the first thing I look at when getting a frame. Its a nice looking bike, but saying that, I wouldnt want it.
  4. I saw the adverts for it and I thought it looked crap, he can be funny sometimes, but he trys too hard to do his "I m not trying to be funny" or whatever type of humour he likes to do. the episode was utter bollox like most recent simpsons, they should stop making it before it does an ugly death and people have got sick of them (nearly there in my eyes)
  5. looks ACE! cant wait to have a go on it

    A Sweet Bail

thats my worst nightmare going on there!! on another note, its a really stupid thing really, but a bail is where you know somthings going wrong and bail out to safety, a crash on the otherhand is what you just did. everyone calls crashes bails these days, its annoying
  7. the only decent frame in your list is the controle UNLESS you like high bb bikes (which I most deffo DONT!!) I reccomend an ashton, cheap as chips and are the nicest riding frame I have ever had!!
  8. the BEST grips are massi lock ons!!! seriously, they are soooooo good!! you can get them off ebay, vision 1 is the best, it used 2 grubscrews to hold it in place, they are hard to round off and offer really good clamping power (they dont dig into the bars either, specially designed) They dont wobble either (like odi grips do) and because they only have the lock on part on the stem side of the grip, theres no annoying clamp to irritate your hand. best grips ever!!
  9. try them in the wet would you, tell us if they are still good then
  10. if people are worried about breaking their hangers, then make your own out of steel!! I did and its not even thought of bending let alone snapping and I have done sidehops directly to the mech! I am another fan of sprung tensioners, I am actually running a mech with gears (imagine that!!) and I have no worries over chain tension or snapping hangers.
  11. not trialsy at all, dont think martyn would like me riding another frame for that no sus either, that totally blows

    Fort William 2006

I might ring up and ask them to postpone it to a week I am available
  13. I agree!! When I am out riding and I cant make somthing, I always thing "its the brit champs, akkers has just done it with one dab, if I get up it I have won" and a lot of the time it really helps!
  14. I am gonna make him start work on my 24" bmx/trials hybrid thing as soon as my hone cranks come....its gonna be ze best thing evarrr for skateparks
  15. you wont be going with me dont like leeds, it sucks more than a dirty old whore!! anyway, I am working at the bikeshop sat and sun as they are really buisy

    Sidehops.

your all freaks!! saying that though, I spent the first 3 years of riding doing them to the right (I am right foot forward) One day I just started doing them the other way and it eas muuuuch nicer
  17. power is not everything look at chris boyes (sp?) he has no power at all, but plenty of technique and he kicks ass at comps and riding in general. Of course the perfect combo is power and technique. but if I were to choose one, I would go for technique anyday.
  18. I dont think they have as thick sidewalls as they say, when I slipt my rim you could see the actual thickness, and it was thick at all (less than my old dx32)

can people reccomend me a good hub, prefrebly cassette, but I could plonk an acs on a threaded hub. requirements 1) cheap as poss (but willing to splash out if its worth it) 2) needs to use actual cogs, non of this single peice super small 9,10,11 teeth drivers please 3) needs to be as light as poss 4) 14mm axle preffered I was thinking of an odyssey hazzard cassette or maybe even a proper magatanium thingy (sometimes on ebay for cheepish) but I aint sure if you can use bigger cogs on those. cheers
  20. 17..call that waiting!!! 22 years now never even had a kiss let alone a shag. sex is for adults, not teeny boppers
  21. go on to iolobikes.com and download his vid (if its up yet, if not, search for it in the vids section) he is the best at wheelswaps (or pigeons if your from here), he can do them sooooooo big, probably bigger than vince!! he can do bleeding handrails next to roads for gods sake!! errmm, well, just watch him and learn.
  22. I dont have any gripes about the trial, I apreciate all the effort that went in to make it happen and I dont think £20 is bad at all. I would still enter if it was £40. the trophies were classy rather than big, any chance of both next time (not that I'll be getting another lol)
  23. Ali C says get one, if you dont I will be sad
