lol, my front disk doesnt stay straight for more than an hour after getting it :D my wheel barly does a full rotation.

ashton mod, actually really good value and look the dogs bollox! Also the onza range is pretty good, but not as nice looking.

you anger me too dave :D I came from a mountainbiking background, so I am used to all the big wheels, mods just seem odd to me, they are more nervous than a geko in a microwave to ride.

all depends on the observer, best bet is to make sure your foot is not touching the ground, even better, your pedal too. I am most definatly not a comp virgin, I have done maybe 7 years worth of them, dont get nervous unless there is a big prize or a championship on the line.

just learn sidehops, the technique will come as you learn. I am a slow learner when it comes to sidehops, I have been trying them for 3 years and I am only just now begining to get a good techinque because I have found a comfortable way of doing them.

he builds his cassette with a "nutural" gear. This is just a smooth spacer, he pedals towards the object and before he gets to it shifts onto the spacer, then freewheels and does the move. cant really see any point, using your pedals to controle yourself and do tricks out of looks better :(
