I had some easton ea70s a couple of years back, I remember them being pretty flatish, are you sure the new ones are the same? I heard they have a fair bit of upsweet, maybe 8 degree or somthing, but also have the same amount of backsweep, so I just curious to know if anyones tried the newer ones as they sound pretty good tilted a little bit forward (and I know that a contradiction of my first post :- )

aye, upsweep is what I didnt type but meant to

and heavy :- edit, just looked them up, the are the complete opposite of what I want, they have no rise and 12 degree backsweep!!! B) I want the opposite to that :P

yo' fools I am wanting to get some new bars in 25.4mm clamp as I like the springyness it gives. I am pretty partucular when it comes to feel though. I like a nice upsweep, but also a bit of backsweep, but not too much. I like my onza carbon risers shape, anyone know what degree rise and backsweep it has? Same with azonics bars as I am tempted by either some single walls or b52s. Also Easton have changes their shape I believe?.......anyone tried them? I know I could always tip bars forwards, but I aint a fan of doing that. cheers in advance

get a hope mono 6ti rotor, it will save some weight, look pimp and resist any heat fade. bit exspensive though :-

they didnt show the interview Savage and myself did for comming 1st and 3rd (james hyland had gone home lol) I was officially the worst comp coverage I have ever seen for any sport ever!! I was about 5 mins long, 2 of them were of martin talking about elvis, another two of some random unicyclists and about a minuit of footage at the most! They didnt even give anyones names, any results.......nothing, just nothing to tell people about the event or sport. It was probably the best result I have ever got and I feel robbed due to no details being given (did get a cool watch, jumper and trophy though :- )

I hated my hope headset, worst one I have bought. not tried the echo so cant comment. FSA heasets are my fave

personally I recken mods are best short, there arnt really many advantages a longer bike can give you apart from better fitting, but if you need a long mod you might as well go stock?

nope no vids, the rich boy apparently isnt rich enough to get a camera :- how could I forget Akkers, I have only really seen him ride once (we are always at opposite ends of comps!!) but from what I have seen its entertaining

I think I am going, but dob park is easily the worst venue for mud and gerneral wetness, so wrap up warm and grind them rims :blink:

I would take more energy drinks and gells, but I can afford them :blink: I agree that salt helps, I had a salty breakfast the day of the last national round and I didnt really start to get bad arm pump untill the 2nd lap (impressive for me).

mines been like that for as long as I remember, shouldnt hinder performance

yeah, I have heard about the surgury, if I dont have to pay for it (nhs possibly?) I would consider it! This arm pump is really fouling my comp results and getting me down gernerally. I saw some guides on an mx site, I tried them for a while but it didnt seem to make any difference. I also use a powerball, but its loud and gives me blisters I have an apointment with a specialist doctor in this field soon, so I'll see what he says. (Y)

I need some stuff that gives me energy, I am always tired and knackered. I also need somthing that will get rid of my arm pump. I go and setup for a sidehop on my backwheel and by the time I am ready to go for it, I cant use my brakes cos my finger and hands are numb (Y) so imagian how bad it is at a comp!!!

lol, what is it with dropgaps? :lol: looked like the sort of ride I would have enjoyed (although I would have sat out all the dropgap stuff) That hook on the rail is just the sort of think I like to see, thinking outside of the box, not just doing the same as everyone else, props to him (Y)

heres my cat Tansy She is 17 years old, but doesnt look or act it, best cat ever, sleap on my bed every night. I have another cat called pig, he is 18 and totally deaf, not as fun as tansy. Did have a snake, but it escaped, found a huge snake skin in my loft above the kitchen a while ago, but not found any for a while. BTW I HATE DOGS!!!

got it now, cheers nice vid, I wouldnt mind a bosh at some of those rocks and maybe tyres if I had time :D
